Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Dont ever order from here if you have an event or wanna gift someone.
Their customer service is worst. They talk rudely and cut your abruptly if they don't have an answer to your query.
They made me wait a month for my order
They always gave excuses like it will be shipped tomorrow or today evening, which never happened as told.

Worst Experience and Very bad customer support
I have ordered four stamps on 22nd Dec 2017 which was scheduled to deliver by 1st Jan 2018. Since 30th December I am in touch with the customer case of Printland.in since I required my shipment urgently. They told it will dispatch very soon. Even on 2nd Jan, 3rd Jan, 4th Jan in response to my call they told the shipment will deliver that day itself but status never changed in the online portal.
On 5th Jan I called again and got the same reply. Then I asked to connect Manager as they are telling lie every day about the shipment. After few min, the person from customer case asked me to cancel the order as they are unable to do one stamp.
Such answer after several calls is really unexpected for me. If they have such problem why telling me lie every day when I required the stamp urgently.
Such harassment to a customer is not acceptable. I never experience such worst experience and very bad customer support I never experienced.

This company runs on concept like 'baniya' means if they get benefitted with you then they will pay otherwise they eat up your pay and one more thing if u purchase something from them and you find the product very low of quality when you ask to return the product in place you want refund then the same thing will happen they behave like they don't know you.
