In the beginning I messed up a lot because I was changing mind when I should’ve researched more first. Still learning every day & figuring things out little by little

Very poor experience with Printify, dishonest practice in breach of contract.

I placed an order based on a clearly advertised delivery timeframe, which was essential for a specific deadline. Shortly after placing the order, the delivery was unilaterally rerouted (by themselves) and I was informed it would no longer arrive in time.

I contacted them immediately and after discussions told the order would be cancelled and refunded. However, this was not honoured. Instead, they later claimed the item had already been shipped and that nothing could be done.

This means they have both failed to deliver within the agreed timeframe and failed to honour a confirmed cancellation and refund.

Despite this, they are now attempting to avoid issuing a refund by hiding behind the fact that the item has been shipped, even though the original agreement was already breached. It's outrageous.

This shows a real clear lack of accountability and a terrible customer service (I have spoken to them multiple times) especially when dealing with time-sensitive orders.

I am now planning on escalating this through my bank, as this clearly qualifies as goods/services not provided as agreed. Horrible treatment. Their team ignored the chat history to try and evade the refund. Not good treatment for a client who has historically spent thousands with them.

Once you understand how it works, it is quite seamless and easy to navigate.

Still learning, but good tool so far!

Great platform to generate revenue on a budget

Really good platform Very easy to use I really like the feature that it can automatically sync my orders with in minutes.Satisfied user.

Easy to use, fast to order products. Lots of product options. Easy connection to Etsy for listings. Could use better mockups instead of having to use another platform to generate them.

Experience

Printify is easy to use and I have been able to create a lot of products that I never dreamed I'd be able to offer.

Using the tutorial and following the steps made the experience enjoyable. The store is up and running and we have seen lots of traffic and numerous sales.

Love it, it is really easy to set up a design, and the AI helps with the description.

Very great experience

Started a new apparel business in December and have had multiple issues with orders. Their customer service is absolutely horrible and it has taken weeks (plural) to resolve the issues. As a new business which relies on quick fulfillment and shipping, Printify cannot be relied upon. Stay away. I will be moving my business to a different platform.

Easy to use and I like how it does things for me

Just listed second product. It gets easier. Like the various color option in the product. Still testing my designs.

Easy to build inventory for my new t-shirt business. Pretty easy to find what you need to work with. Some minor things I would change but its work-aroundable
