Website is a scam, be warned!
Tried buying a printhead, got taken for a ride. Although the website looks genuine enough, they respond by email insisting on 'bank transfer' not by card or paypal. After initial friendly emails I paid them $133 dollars at which point all my communications with them were ignored. My UK Bank luckily refunded me in full, as a goodwill gesture. I found another person who also got conned:- ..........................

Please beware of this vendor. Inquiries were made through the website for print heads. We placed our order online, however when we checked out, there was no option to pay via credit card. We were contacted via email and the necessary information was provided so we could move forward with our purchase. We were advised to remit payment prior to them executing our order. We negotiated to wire half the payment up front and wire the remaining balance upon receipt of the merchandise. There accounting department agreed to the terms. Once they confirmed that the funds had been received in their account, they advised they would move forward with processing our order. After that all contact ceased. We reached out several times via email and telephone to get shipping dates and all attempts go unanswered. Do not purchase from this vendor. This is a scam. We never received the products nor our money back.

Do not buy from them - it's a scam!!
We recently purchased a print head from printhead original and they ripped us off. We transferred the money as per the terms and then never heard back. They never sent our order and or replied to our emails/calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS - ITS A SCAM!!!!
