Poor customer service

order number UK1548613, I ordered and paid for this item on 06.12.24. It was shipped on the 23rd December, still not arrived. I have opened a support ticket, followed it up and just get the same response of 'it is on its way'. I have logged reviews, same response Wake up THE ITEM IS NOT ON ITS WAY, THE ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT. No one actually does anything, Well try doing this simple request REFUND MY MONEY

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company. Really should have done my homework before ordering. Ordered 2 t shirts. One was the wrong item the 2nd had the design printed wonky. And of course you cannot get to speak to anyone for a refund. Unfortunately I think this is a lesson that is going to cost me.
Do not use this company.

Horrible Customer Service-Order was supposed to be delivered 1/16/25 and arrived 2/8/25

They have horrible customer service and no timelines for late deliveries despite multiple attempts to contact via an email and also a phone call and after several days of the tracking update saying it was being shipped but had not changed a 2nd email and another phone call I finally was told if it didn’t arrive by the following Monday they would refund the shipping fee because it had been more than 30 days. Order was placed 12/24/24 and was to arrive 1/16/25. Finally arrived 2/8/25.

Very very poor quality

Very very poor quality. Looks nothing like the picture. They promise returns but they never give you a return address and they don’t get back to your emails until very late and they say don’t send any more emails or it will delay their response further. Do not buy from this company.

Terrible delivery and rubbish quality

Ordered an Aerosmith Tie Dyed T shirt as a Christmas present for my wife ( not a particularly cheap item either ), ordered it on December 6th 2024 with an expected delivery date of December 18th - 20th , after chasing this up several times and only receiving responses several days later each time assuring me that it was enroute , it eventually arrived on Monday January 10th 2025 !! , I’d like to say it was worth the wait…….. but it was literally cheap flimsy nylon ( the type my grandma used to say “ don’t stand too close to the fire or you’ll melt” 🤣), in short……absolutely terrible communication …… and shockingly bad quality merchandise, avoid at all costs !!

SCAM ALERT - AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered an item in October 24 for a wedding in December 24. I was given a delivery date of the 09-14 December 24. This would be tight for the wedding but do able.

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I have raised support tickets on multiple occasions. Each time so receive an automated response telling me my order is either in the process of being dispatched or in transit. I am provided a tracking number, when using this I receive contradictory information. For example last weeks stated my order had been delivered, it hadn’t and this week in response to my support ticket pointing out I have still not received my order I was told it was still in transit and the new tracking page said the same.

I have come to the conclusion that this is a scam and should be avoided at all cost. I only wish i had checked on here before ordering from them.

I have contacted my card issuer and online fraud team to try and protect others.

NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered a tracksuit at the beginning of December in time for Xmas, it didn’t turn up in time. When it did turn up the jogging bottoms were missing and the quality is awful, I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone.
My emails were completely ignored until I filed a complaint with PayPal who won’t issue a refund unless I get a police report for theft because half the order was missing. The police in the UK don’t get involved missing orders!
Printerval are now ignoring me again so I have no chance of a refund for the missing item or shocking quality of the bit I did eventually receive.

This site is a SCAM!!!

This site is a SCAM!!!! Please do it fall for it!!! After 2.5 months, my order remains in the packaging stage, not even shipped out. The company ( after 2 weeks of multiple emails ), responded with “ it’s on schedule”. No it is not! It was supposed to arrive by January 1 , and still has not shipped as of January 22. I made another review elsewhere , where they responded with “ your order says it was delivered”. That is NOT true, and they didn’t even have my order info from that review to even state that!!! Hundreds of other people are complaining about the exact same issue. I am completely out $65 . I can’t even report to better business bureau because the company doesn’t appear. These people are scamming thousands of people! Just disgusting!!!

This is my 2nd review on Printerval…

This is my 2nd review on Printerval because I wanted to respond to an email that I received today from Printerval saying that my case has been closed because they show that I received the items(the items that I NEVER received) I didn't want anyone else to lose money the way I did I lost $159.84 and hope that all of us posting on this website this company will have to close down this CORRUPT company!!

Scam site

Scam site. Ordered with rush shipping for an extra $16.99. Still hasn't been packaged in the estimated shipping time and it will not allow cancellation. Customer service is a closed loop without resolutions or actual help. Avoid at all costs.

Rude, slow and unprofessional

I ordered a t-shirt on Dec 2oth 24, still haven't got it and when do respond to emails the rudeness is beyond belief. I requested a refund, was ignored and they sent the item anyway. I would advise anybody thinking of buying from these people to avoid them There's nothing unique about the product, try Etsy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered on 10th December, 2024, a Taylor Swift hoodie for my granddaughter's Christmas present. I chased my order countless times but never got a response. I had to buy an alternative gift for my granddaughter.
Finally the hoodie arrived on 6th January but too late for Christmas. I have tried many times to find a way of sending the hoodie back so that I can get a refund. Still no response.
This has been a bad experience and one I hope never to repeat.

Ordered a tee shirt on 6th December and…

Ordered a tee shirt on 6th December and had been packed but not sent since 15th December. Said it would arrive by 2nd January it’s now 11th. No reply from the contact form or whatsapp number. Will be going to my bank for a refund shortly.

Edit: 16th Jan. Item turned up and was as expected. Just very late. Customer service was AWFUL.

Cowboys

Ordered two items from this company on 06 Dec, intending to give them as Christmas presents.

According to the site's tracking function, my order was packed on 15 Dec, and has been 'on the road' since 22 Dec, but 34 days later, I have received nothing.

I lodged a support ticket on 30 December, and have sent two follow-up emails, but so far the response has been a rolling tumbleweed, a crow cawing, and the mournful sound of a distant church bell.

I don't care how good the products - if they should ever arrive - turn out to be. I will never use these cowboys again.

Scam

I wish i’d have listened to the reviews!!

Company ignored requests to cancel an order due to no shipping progress after ages. Raised multiple tickets asking for updates but everything was completely ignored until I raised 2 cancellation tickets and an email to ensure they received my request, and they decide to ship the item anyway? They completely ignore all attempts to get any help and won’t respond to me to give me my money back and get rid of the unopened parcel. Having to go through my bank to resolve this as I’ve been emailing them almost daily.

stay clear of this company, there are MUCH cheaper and more reliable companies
