Had trouble using site on tablet. Kayla was super patient and helped me out by extending my coupon until my computer could be fixed.

After receiving a completely shattered mug, I had a good experience with customer service. However, I was very unhappy with the length of time it took to get the first (broken) mug and the lack of communication about it. Now, after immediately getting a new order number to replace the broken mug for free, I still have not received a new mug. I haven't heard from Printerpix in over two weeks about it. I am very dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication. I am also annoyed that initially, I wrote a five-star review for customer service which I think is a scam in making people think Printerpix is a good company. The customer service lady was nice, but very pushy for me to write TWO reviews for her. I would NEVER go back to Printerpix for a job.

I received an album with bad color quality, the customer support was efficient and in few minutes proposed to send a new album, hopefully with good quality this time :)
I was asked more than once to post a review, once would have been more than enough.

I raised a query with Printerpix but after a standard email with a reference number had no further messages apart from attempts to sell me more products.
I realised that I needed to open a chat on their website. Thank goodness for Kayla who sorted it out really quickly and went the extra mile.
I scored 5 starts for Kayla and the outcome, the processes are not quite so good!

I lost six hours work with a technical issue and Kayla
sorted it out for me in the most helpful and patient way. I thought her tone and manner were excellent.

Full marks to Kayla. She transformed a potentially very unpleasant and even disastrous situation (I had major and super lengthy problems at the ordering and paying stage)into a successful outcome. This was due to her tenacity and efficiency in solving every new hurdle I was coming across. She stayed with me the whole time, answering the chat immediately each time. Fair play! Printerpix are lucky to have her to save such tricky and damaging situations!

I purchased a voucher sometime ago for two 40 page hardback books which were very easy to make up. On submitting them I had forgotten what deal I had purchased but the amount appeared too much. I contacted online chat and spoke with Kayla who was very helpful and resolved the problem very quickly.
