Utter Shite ! poor quality prints and no answers from support bot ! ticket raised but again zero response . Steer far and wide !

Wondeful good manifacture and good picture's quality

The quality of the photos is terrible, I was very disappointed.

I’ve ordered a personalized gift for my bf, after 2 weeks with no news about it I haven’t received it yet. I’m very disappointed and I’ve also looked for news by writing several times to the company without any answers.

I have been using Printerpix for years but I was hoping that the problem of having one photo on two pages had been overcome.

I would only suggest to let us choose a place Where the parcel can be stocked avoiding to be obliged to stay home

Everything OK. Only one question: I had ordered 8 copies of my Calendario 2026 in standard quality and 2 copies of it in a better quality. I do not distinguish the two quality rates. What have I to look at?

The photographs in the book are not of the highest quality compared to the originals.
The binding is not adequate for the number of pages because the central photos are not fully visible.
Although you applied a discount, the cost for the book's packaging seems excessive to me.

Well-made, good-quality product and fast shipping, but it arrived damaged at the corners because it wasn't packaged properly.
Just a thin cardboard envelope, absolutely no packaging to absorb shocks during shipping.
The bond between the cover and the first page could be improved, after opening it the first few times the staples are already visible.

I have not received my order and it is extremely difficult to understand how to ask information. Shipping look like was sent back to sender....

I love Printerpix! They have many different types of things like calendars , photo books… And I love that you can make and save your project! Also the pictures quality is very good!

Good print quality, but unprinted white streaks remained. Not nice. Shouldn't have passed the quality control. Nowhere is it mentioned that printerpix only produces in England. Returning it will be too expensive. I'm from Italy and ordered from printerpix.it. I don't want to argue with a company based in England about print quality. I can't buy from a printer that doesn't monitor the results. Birthday present ruined. Thanks.

Absolute rubbish. Spent £55 on one calendar. I spend hours meticulously editing photos and adding birthdays and school holidays. Everything was correct in the print preview and I paid for all the extras. It’s an absolute load of rubbish. Shocking quality and printing and none of my images are as they should be and none of my dates etc have been added. I wish I’d read these reviews first because this is an appalling company and an absolute con. There is no customer service so the only option you have of getting a refund is to lodge everything properly and go through your bank.

Beautiful photo book. Only one think was not good dor me was the UPS expedition: if you aren’t at home, you have to go to the UPS point office and sometimes is 4km from my house…

Really very simple now with new features (AI??) The result is gorgeous!!! Suggested as the best solution for your vacation memories without loosing the thousands pics you have done!!! Last but not least the very fast shipping done by DHL (the best carrier)!!

I ordered prints expecting professional quality, but what I received was incredibly disappointing. Every photo had visible lines running through it, and the overall resolution was far below acceptable—nowhere near the quality of the original digital files I submitted. Some prints even had an inconsistent finish, making them look dull and cheap.

I reached out to the company with a detailed complaint, including an offer to provide photo evidence. Despite this, communication has been terrible. They have not resolved the issue or even properly acknowledged the problem. For a service that claims to offer high-quality printing, this has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you value quality and decent customer service.
