1 month and still not delivered.

My order has been under preparation for more than one month now.. We are far from the expected delay for delivery. Meanwhile no customer services or answers from an human. Really disappointed, would not recommend.

unreliable 200%

Second act of the same drama... After becoming familiar with my previous review (one "star") I got a message from printeprix.fr with the proposal to contact them directly and resolve the problem.
I tried my best... BUT:
- the email address resulted "unknown" and my email was returned to me as "undeliverable"...
- I re-sent the same message along with their proposal to the "official" contact email address and ...
- the same day I got a reply saying that my case was "resolved" and the parcel was sent to my address and the link to follow the delivery was provided... As many customers noted, the LINK DOESN'T work at all...
- Ten days after ... nothing received...
CAN WE TRUST PRINERPIX.FR???
- I don't think so...

Package not arrived

Package not arrived. already paid . I paid15/01/2025 and i requested tracking but the code given by printerpix does not appear in the Deutsche Post systems. I want a refund or a new shipment.it's the second time.impossible to receive assistance. contact pages do not exist, fb and email do not respond.it's a rip-off i filing a complaint.

LIARS !!

Ordered in time for Christmas as per their website timescales, but now 29th December and still not arrived. Emailed Customer service who just said my order was still being manufactured and no information on delivery date. Very Frustrating and Disappointing.

Scam company

Scam company. Ordered two blankets and only received one. Paid for two. They are real quick at taking your money but not giving you your merchandise. Customer service is horrible. Emailed them on 12/22/24 and received and email back that a new order was generated. Never had any follow up and no return response. Created a new ticket on 12/27/24 and received an email that the blanket was in production. I paid for expedited shipping and still no second blanket. None of the phone numbers work and they never answer any emails. Oh, and by the way, the first blanket wasn’t great quality. I ordered plush fleece and I have gotten better fleece blankets at my local Home Goods store for only $19.95. I always read reviews before purchasing anything but didn’t this time because I had a co-worker order from them and her merchandise was delivered in a timely manner before Christmas. You can be assured that I will definitely read reviews in the future. But in the meantime I will send in a complaint to the FTC and to the Florida Attorney General.

If you are in the US file a complaint for fraud to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) website. I have reported them and I have notified them that I reported them. Guess what? I haven’t received any response from them. This company needs to be closed and unless everyone sends in a complaint nothing will happen. The FTC website is very easy to use.

DO NOT BUY!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - THE COMPANY IS ON HERE TWICE - READ REVIEWS!!!

So to add to this…. I just left printerpix a review from the link they sent me through email and to find they are on here twice with so many people having the same issues. They got so many bad reviews they seemed to have created a new link for reviews. AGAIN BUYER BEWARE-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTER PIX-THERE WEBSITE STATES LIES AND DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I NORMALLY READ REVIEWS AND I DIDN'T THIS TIME AND COMPLETELY REGRET IT.

Lying and fraudulent

Lying and fraudulent - pay for a RUSH print, and 11 days later it still hasn't arrived, (contract broken = FRAUD!).
Customer service is PATHETIC. I have made 4 calls, each requiring over 30 mins on hold, the first guy just gave me so much crap I had to hang up, and the subsequent 3 'escalated' the query - but then NOTHING happened.
They ignore customer tickets (1 reply for 4 tickets) and then ignore replies to their email - eventually saying 'inbox full' (of complaints, no doubt).
Their chatbot pretends it will connect you to an agent, then dumps you out of the 'queue'...
They haven't even responded to my PayPal case - never mind the messages where I have demanded to cancel the order!
They have been pretending it is finished and waiting to be handed to a courier for 5 days, themn faked a 'it's with the courier' on a date of Friday - but my screenshot from Sunday shows this isn't true, as on Sunday it was still 'awaiting pick up' - so a MASSIVE FRAUDULENT LIE...
And... Apparently 'unavoidable delays in production' affected my image, so if this is true why isn't it mentioned on your site - presumably you are still taking money from people for services you are incapable of fulfilling - as with the MASSIVE FAILURE to do so with mine...
AVOID!!!

Calenders arrived with my children’s…

Calenders arrived with my children’s heads cut off even though when I did it all on the computer every single month looked fine! Does no one check these before they are printed! Also they are very thin I won’t be using this company again. Also customer service is shocking you can’t get through via phone and no one replies on messaging service

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I ordered 2 calendars, I changed the year to 2025 on 3 occasions and I was sent 2024 calendars. I contacted the company who agreed to resend them if I recreated them but I would have to pay for the postage again. I sent the link of the re-completed calendars and they too days to reply to say they couldn’t find the order. After weeks of back and forth and refusal to refund me, they advised if I sent the incorrect calendars back (again at my own cost) they would consider refunding me. I refused after the pure rudeness and inconvenience. Since then they have ignored emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I never received my order

I never received my order, from a month ago. It was a big investment for me, ordered well in advance for Christmas and it hasn't arrived. I've tried to ask which country it's shipped from, which shipping company, anything, and have had no reply. Is this company legitimate? It's my first and last time using them.

Pets memories

It was a gift for my daughters. I wanted to share memories of our beloved pets without sadness. I thought these blankets were a good solution.

Appalling service avoid at all cost

Purchased print book and paid extra for speedy delivery as a birthday present. Stayed in all day for delivery it didn't arrive. The following day was given a delivery slot by Evri the courier. Did not arrive. Have sent Printerpix an email each day so as to enquire re: delivery. Here we are many days later with no response from Printerpix or Evri. I wish that I had read the Trustpilot feedback prior to purchase. Be warned the service from this company is appalling. Can't review quality of book as it hasn't arrived.
