I’m so grateful for the amazing service I got at Printerette in Rotterdam this Wednesday! I showed up with a last-minute request to print our company logo on t-shirts we brought ourselves, and Micha was super helpful from start to finish. He explained the whole process, checked the t-shirt material beforehand, and got everything done in just two working days.
The prints turned out awesome, and I couldn’t be happier! Huge thanks to Micha for being so professional and friendly. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone!
I've been using the Frederikstraat location for years, and I have always found the employees to be helpful, friendly, and very forgiving when dealing with the less tech-smart among us(like me).
I was at printerette today to make a copy. I wanted to send the file from my phone but they did not have printers with Bluetooth or WiFi. So I was forced to use a computer. For two minutes I could not access yahoo mail login because I got a bunch of sign ups. Then the clerk helped me and got yahoo mail but it would not allow me to log into my account because of “security” reasons. So I asked if I could send it by email to their computer to get it printed. There was a 5 Euro charge for that service. And I had to ask them, they did not tell me about it. So they are doing everything they can to charge me the 5 Euros to get something printed, one page! These guys are rip offs, if you can find any other printing service, use them. Printerette used to be a much better company but they are just in it to rip you off. Over 5 Euros for one A4 page, it’s just a rip off.
