I bought non HP printer refills from Printerbasics for my HP printer. Dispatch was very quick and instructions were good. Unfortunately, the printer would not recognise the refills. I therefore got in touch with extremely helpful and friendly staff who tried everything to get the cartridges to work. However, all the measures failed and I was immediately offered a refund. Excellent customer support.

I thought I had bought 2 x black ink cartridges. Got in touch with Gemma, who was very helpful, asking me to return the cartridges, if they were unopened. I'm keeping them, as I felt, they were happy for me to return them. I'll keep them for future use and, purchase black ink when I next get paid.

We did have some issues with the product but this was soon solved with very professional people very helpful quick response no messing around I will certainly deal with them again

Bought a cartridge off eBay, it arrived super quickly in about two days, I contacted them with a slight issue and Rachel sorted it out for me straight away. Responses to emails were super quick too! Amazing!!

First time I used printer basics unfortunately the cartridge they sent me was empty contacted Customer Service got Lucy she was very helpful and sorted a full refund for me so I can’t really complain about that.

I had a print cartridge that I had not installed for a couple of weeks. When I did put it in my printer, it was not recognised. I went to the firms Q&A section and tried the hacks there but still no good. Because I'd had the cartridge awhile I didn't think the firm would help, but I emailed them, explained to Lucy my problem, sent a couple of pictures as requested and she informed me a new cartridge would be sent out immediately. How lovely, nice service from a real person.
Would recommend printerbasics to anyone now.
