AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Ordered a mural for my sons bedroom, Lightening McQueen to be exact. When ordering the mural they advertised it is made to order, brilliant I thought! I requested H242cm and W214cm, I was sent the demo of my request and the photo for approval and it wasnt how I wanted it nor how I’d positioned and placed the cut around the car, I’d also sent a screenshot of what I had requested online as the demo photo did not match it! I tried to explain it to ‘Chris’ that it’s not matching what I requested to be cut like online and he old me ‘not to confuse myself and will come out how I requested it’ and put the phone down.
I ordered it on a Monday for a 72hr delivery and they told me it will be with me by the end of the week. It got to Friday and I still hadn’t received it, so I phoned the company and simply asked where my order was it was well over the 72hr delivery time frame and I was told ‘the printers are in repairs and they are having technical difficulties and don’t know when they will be fixed’ NO APOLOGY NOTHING! I asked the man why I hadn’t been contacted regarding this issue that’s occurred nor been told my order would be delayed? If they communicated with me, I wouldn’t have minded? But I told him they need to communicate with customers as it doesn’t look good.
The reply was ‘we will dispatch once sorted’
Days went on still waiting for my mural, 10 days later on Thursday I finally received my order. I was so excited to have my sons room finally decorated!
Soooo.. Everything was in place and prepared ready for the mural to be put up, then to my surprise and the decorators the two tile pieces weren’t lining up together to form lightening McQueen and the tiles were mismatching, we tried to adjust it move it around and see if we could get around it, tried to overlap it and nothing looked right! Again nothing lined up was all mismatching everywhere!
It hadn’t even been cut straight and wasn’t even sitting flush to my ceiling, it wasn’t the size I requested and was much smaller, we even measured it!
I called the company once this had happened, I was passed from this person to that person and to then be passed on to Chris, I explained to Chris what the issue was and it didn’t go together and was cut wonky and wasn’t acceptable etc he asked me to send a video of what the problem was.
I sent the email with the video several times, 4 times to be exact and time and time again I was told they didn’t receive it.
When I tried to phone them several times it was a landline that was diverted to a mobile and each time they was cutting me off.
I finally got through to Chris, Chris was just telling me to do what I’d already tried and told me he will pass this issue onto Peter in the complaints department and I should expect to receive a call from him shortly, two hours later I rang and rang chasing up my call but no one was answering the phone!
By this time I was fuming!
I went onto there website and started a live chat on there page I was speaking to a man called Danny he left the chat once I’d explained what had happened then to be told his system went down, then I was passed on to Matt who transferred me to Peter in complaints.
Peter joined the chat.. I asked him to give me a call and gave him my number.
His reply ‘we can talk on message’
Again I went over the issue and Peter said he had looked at the video and couldn’t see what the problem was. Told me to overlap etc which would look stupid, it would have a massive uneven cut from the mural and the ceiling, it wasn’t straight! It was all mismatching and wasn’t sitting nor looking right no matter how or where you positioned it!
I felt I was spoke to like I was stupid, we tried everything! And what a disappointment it was seeing it weren’t going together whatever way we put it.
Peter said he will discuss all this with the production manager and even he couldn’t see a problem!
He mentioned a replacement and I told him I had zero faith in them sending a replacement, and worried it would come out like the other one, I said I wanted a refund it has caused a massive inconvenience paying a decorator and I’ve wasted my money on such a poor print, being a mismatch, poor quality with blemishes and terrible cut and not even being the size I requested!
EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE!!!!
They are now not considering a refund or replacement for my apparent stupidity & I’m to send the mural back with wallpaper paste on! 🤣 rude rude man!
I have all the messages saved for my own reference!
Avoid this company at all cost, lack of communication, very very poor customer service, very poor prints.. can’t even cut in a straight line, mismatch, quality of print and apparent cut to size yeah right! these people clearly don’t give a s**t that you’ve paid a lot of money for there service and there’s a problem with there product, they will just try to blame you and it’s all your fault.
