terrible service freeze on all communication. so had to go elsewhere WEIRD
this is what i ended up sending to the owner who never got back to my many emails phone calls or texts - so weird as i wanted to spend money. not just once but ongoing. and i think he the owner.

I am very confused as to why I you never got back to me when I very much wanted to spend money with your company.
I am a designer who makes wallpaper, this wouldn't have been a one off sale for you but it could have been continuing business for your company.
But as I haven't heard back from you after my numerous attempts for a quote and then to place an order I went with someone else.
Would you be so kind as to tell me why you didn't want my business?

Overall we were very pleased with the wallpaper that we had printed. Good pre-printing advice, answering all the questions and concerns we had. The only problem was the delivery service, but that was UPS, they didn't deliver on the day we wanted. Would recommend the printed wallpaper company.
