Promising start, but disappointing end
Placing my order was very easy and it didn't take long for it to be processed and despatched. I was hopeful that it would arrive promptly as it was sent first class.
However after about a week I had to call and chase as I had not yet received it. In fairness to the company though this was more an issue with the postal service rather than with them. So I decided to give it a few more days.
My order finally arrived today in a standard A4 envelope. But due to what I would say was postal handling, the envelope and printing contained within had been creased.
The packaging used was inadequate in my view. I thought the company would have used an A4 envelope with a cardboard backing to give the documents inside extra protection against bending and creasing.
All in all a very disappointing experience.

It took five days to arrive but all was in order.unfortunately the email updates were going to spam,have no idea why.Thanks anyways
