Everything went great and the fabrics and fitting are better than expected!

Its not even worth 1 star, its poorly made with bad quality, the product looks nothing like the picture and it does not fit nicely at all, the stitches were lose and they have a bad return Polacy, also, I waited nearly a month fot it to arrive, I will never buy anything of of this site again. Its a total scam and I advice everyone not to buy from the princess ace

Here I am again. What do you know? After 15 emails I finally get a response after leaving a negative review begging me to take it down. I said sure, if I get a refund or my dress I will take it down. Immediately and miraculously I get a screen shot of tracking (fake). Then I get told it was undeliverable and I had to go to the post office they were holding it there. I drove to the post office and of course they hadn’t seen my item. Now they are saying it was delivered. I have received dozens of packages in the last few days and no dress. I also have a camera so no it wasn’t stolen.

My daughter’s sweet 16 is tomorrow. She doesn’t have the dress. I would not ever order off of this site. I wish I had read the reviews before paying.

Now I’m sure it will be weeks if not ever that I get my money back. Don’t use this website!

Very sexy mini dress, a little see-through, just like in the picture! Perfect for summer and beach vacations. Received the package very quickly.

Noticed a loose thread when it arrived. But customer service was super nice about it. they gave me a discount + a small gift to make up for it. handled really well.

Material feels soft but not very thick.

The material for the sweatshirt is the same material used for table cloths. It's so cheap. I requested a return, and they basically told me there is nothing wrong with the sweatshirt so they won't refund. It was $56!! Seriously worth $2. This place is a scam. I wish I would have researched them. Lesson learned!

They sent the wrong dress twice just finally gave up and ordered from a different place. We bought a deep red dress, was sent blue and a baby pink.

I love the skirt that I got it looks amazing and it’s pretty good quality! Shipping took about 2 weeks, but overall I’m really happy with this purchase!

I bought a dress for $60, the delivery was supposed to take 3 weeks. During that time, I kept checking my email waiting for shipping updates. After 3 weeks passed, I contacted the store and was told they didn’t have the dress in stock – and that they had already informed me, which was not true. They offered me another product instead, but when I refused and asked for a refund, my request was completely ignored and they kept trying to push their new collection on me. I only got my money back after opening a case with PayPal, and the store never even responded there. I do not recommend this shop!

Terrible company and return policy. God forbid if your item doesn’t fit and you need to return it because it is not flattering. You’ll never get your money back. Do not buy through this company. It’s a total sham!!!

I regret not checking real customer reviews before ordering from PrincessAce. I spent $250 on a wedding dress that was completely misrepresented online. What arrived was a cheap imitation — the fabric was low-grade, the stitching poorly done, and it looked nothing like the elegant satin gown in the photos. It felt like a knockoff — and after a quick search, I found the exact same dress on AliExpress for just $30.

Even worse, shortly after I complained, the store quietly reduced the price of the dress on their website from €250 to €85 — a clear admission that they had overpriced it from the start.

Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They initially promised a full refund, which I accepted, but only returned €160 — far less than what I paid. When I followed up, they started backtracking, contradicting their earlier emails, and denying the refund altogether.

I have screenshots of all communication, including their refund offer, price changes, and the mishandling of my case.

This company is not trustworthy. They mislead customers, dodge responsibility, and manipulate the situation when challenged. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others.

If you’re considering buying from PrincessAce — don’t. They wasted my money, my time, and almost ruined what should have been a special day. I will continue sharing my experience until they take responsibility and honor the full refund they promised.

The design of the V-neck mini dress is so well thought out. It's incredibly flattering and accentuates all the right places.

I recently purchased a wedding dress from Princess Ace, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received. The dress I received was defective, with poorly finished seams, loose threads, and detached tulle. The quality of the dress was far from what I expected based on the images on the website. It was not wearable in its current condition.

When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, instead of offering a reasonable solution, they offered me a partial compensation of only $30, which did not cover the significant defects. They even suggested I simply cut off the extra threads myself, which is unacceptable for a wedding dress.

This experience has been frustrating and disheartening, especially for something as important as a wedding dress. I want to warn future buyers that this company may not meet your expectations and could cause unnecessary stress in the lead-up to your special day.

Please be very cautious before purchasing from Princess Ace. I would recommend looking for more reliable and professional stores with better customer support and quality control."

The dress itself is lovely, fits well, and is just like the photo, it was alittle annoying, though, because the shipment took longer than anticipated.

Do not order from this company their sizes are all wrong and they don't do returns. If you buy it and it doesn't fit you are stuck with it and out of pocket. The customer service is one guy emailing you with all sorts of excuses. Also it takes forever to be delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Shocking experience. Ordered a dress on the 6th of June and chose expedited delivery which was advertised as 8-13 days from receipt of order. This dress was for prom and despite chasing and being promised it would be shipped within 3 days, that was over a fortnight ago and the dress still have not been shipped on the 28th June. Prom has been and gone and there has been no update. I've chased again twice and now they're just ignoring me. On the original reply promising the order would be shipped within 3 days they had the cheek to offer a discount off another order, as if! Luckily I ordered on credit card so next steps are to initiate a charge back. Ended up having to buy an emergency dress elsewhere and the stress has been unreal
