Primy went above and beyond in all aspects of their service. The product shipped very quickly - I had my new chair in 2 days. There was a error with the order, however, they dealt with it immediately and it was fully resolved in another 2 days. They were always polite, helpful and prompt.

Bought a chair that was discounted to about $50-$80. A classic. It was sturdy and it had a good comfortable and adjustable lumbar support. Good for it’s price

Great chair with good price
Had mine for 2 months now, no sign of wear. The adjustable armrests with the slight cushioning help great. Price to performance outstanding. The backpains from the previous chair are gone.
