Good advice, overall smooth and speedy service.

Excellent service, very efficient company

Disappointing service! Bought registration waiting 4 weeks for someone to call and say reg wasn’t transferable! Yet the reg is on a car at present so is transferable. Shouldn’t be selling if it’s not available as I lost money buying reg plates n can’t put them on car. I was refunded for initial costs but certainly won’t use primo again!

Once they got the money, expect poor after sales customer service. They are rude in their emails, do not adhere to the legal 14 days return policy of a faulty product. The bank have been informed and a report has been filed to the police.

Great service. Easy to use website just looked for registration i wanted i bought it and received the number plates within 2 days and certificate in 4 days absolutely brilliant cant recommend them highly enough

What horrible people to deal with. AVOID at all costs

I purchased a registration from discount registrations a second trading name of primoregistrations so basically the same company, typical tactics of shady company's

The email I received had primoregistrations email address plastered all over it. I emailed them to ask what was the next steps and I got a curt email back stating the registration had not been purchased!

Obviously I was a little confused so called and got the same nasty customer services simply saying "I had not purchased it" it then turns out it is under there other trading name of disocountregistrations!

The person "Paul" who I dealt with was incredibly unhelpful and arrogant to the point where he told me (the customer) to shut up!!! something any customer service person should never do under ANY circumstances!

So I then had to contact discountregistrations the following day as they did not reply to my new email sent to them. A person sounding just like "Paul" (surprise, surprise) answered and after a little chat told me they had cancelled my order without reason even though "Paul" had told me that there were separate companies.

I think this company is a couple of blokes called Paul and Peter in a shed somewhere.

To help everyone avoid these people I will be posting this on every forum, review site, blog, Instagram, twitter I can, one thing these little companies forget is the power of the web and sometimes they meet someone who has the power to show them for who they are :-)

A little digging shows these people used to be "PRIMO JEWELLERY LIMITED" so not exactly specialist in vehicle registrations and they have had 4 resignations of "company officers" and as I thought companies house shows 4 employees in 2018. a laughably small company pretending to be something special.

P.S. In these other posts I will show proof of the transaction (payment) to primoregistrations as trustpilot will not allow me to post screen shots or links.

Amazing experience, brought my registration on Wednesday and received my plates and transfer pack next day. Sent transfer pack back on Friday, Monday was a bank holiday yet by Tuesday I received a text and email saying I could put my new plates on my car!

Very easy transaction from start to finish,Found the registration I wanted and with in days my number plates had arrived,very pleased with them and the company have kept me upto date on everything by email,would definitely use again thank you

This company gets full marks from me, the car plates were cheaper than anyone else and delivered quickly. The Entitlement documents followed soon after. Correspondence was great too.

10 days I had to wait for my certificate to come through , the number plates came after two days but the paper work didn’t come for 10 days , I’ve never had to wait that long for paper work

When I rang to discuss the purchase of a plate I had seen sales person was extremely helpful. Purchased plates they and the certificate came quickly. Also when I saw the plate I checked other sites but found this company cheaper than others. Would recommend.

Ordered a plate 5 weeks ago, Primo advise max 1-15 days for transfer. DVLA seemingly on strike during this time (not been notified about this at ANY point) Called to query delay, got a condescending child telling me it is not their fault and that they don't have to advise *THEIR* customers of DVLA delays - Unbelievable!
Still waiting for transfer, wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - steer clear, pay more (i'd pay double!) to avoid them and get a professional service elsewhere.
