The shipping took a long time and the box came broken on the side. The 'sample' I got from my online order was an expired bag of candy. Overall a bad shopping experience.

i bought perfume in spain but it is not the real one. smell goes away quickly and look at the pictures different color perfume and the code on the left is not as nice black and well printed as on the right. it is a good imitation but unfortunately it works it to continue like this they sell real perfume and counterfeit mixed up!!!

Just terrible customer service. They sent me a foundation package that seemed to have exploded. The product was all over the other items of my order. I threw it in the garbage immediately and had a lot of cleaning to do. I sent them the pictures, and they still demand the damaged product to be returned so that they can send me my money back. Do they really need that piece of trash??

Great! Ordered off primor multiple times and shopped instore too. Many high end brands with a very small price tag which I love. Sometimes when you order it takes a while to arrive to store but I apart from that I love primor!!

I ordered 5 items back in December. They were not delivered and I got notified by seur that they had been returned to primor. I was at home on date of delivery. I have contacted primor customer services 6 times and got 6 tickets saying they will get back to me. No one has. When I post this review they will tell me to contact customer services which I have 6 times!!!! They have stolen my €20 and not given me a refund. I am disgusted. Do not use Primor.

bad delivery i bought it and chose store pick-up, bought it nov.11 it came to the store nov 21, said it will deliver only for 3 days but I changed my mind i don't like the perfume in the end, its written in their web retutn rule, you have 15 days to pick it up, after that they said they will reimburse you if did not get the product, so i waited for 15 days but no money has been returned i continued to wait then 40 days had passed no money is returned, so i had to picked it up dec 29 i had no other choice,, i have tried other stores like druni and douglas and 1 week only they will return your money if you didnt get the product,,bad experience on primor, not recommended and disappointed!

Horrible company! Don't buy from them! The Good Girl perfume (€85) I received was a fake. It has no scent at all. As another customer mentioned here, all you receive from customer "service" are template answers. Primor said a courier would pick up my faulty perfume from my house in Portugal and I would then be refunded but they gave no news about the date and time of this so-called pickup and email silence since 2 December 2022

I placed an order 2000045916 3 weeks ago while the delivery was promised to be 3-5 days. I never received my order or refund. Customer service is a joke. They reply with the same templates and ignore my numerous request to provide a link to track my order (the one on the website profile is broken) or any update on when to expect my refund saying they should receive the order back first. Are you kidding me? You never fulfilled your promise to deliver my order and now I have to wait even more till your "imaginary delivery company" (I'm pretty sure they never even sent the package) deliver it to you? Total scam!!
Send me my refund, primor scammers! And don't you dare to recommend contacting customer service, because I already did! Numerous times! You have my order number - keep your perfumes, stop sending your lame template replies and send my money back instead

Order placed on Nov 1st. Since then "in preparation", even though the item ordered should be available in "3-5 days".
When requested a cancelation and refund, the answer was the order had already been shipped. When asked for the shipping number - no answer.
There are massive amounts of complaints, so something is clearly not working well with this company. The default answer from the customer service seen here "please contact helpdesk via mail and we will fix your problem", is just stalling.
First and last time I order from them.
Edit: As expected the representative says to contact them at help at primor.eu. I (and many others) have ALREADY done that. There is no response.
Edit 2: Package finally arrived, 46 days after order placed. The Primor order information still says: "En Preparacion". What a joke.

Together with masks sanitizers are a symbol of medical dictatorship. I do not want it, free or not.
