Love our spot UV on velvet cards. We were looking for something inexpensive and high quality for our small business and PrimoPrint didn't disappoint!

The print job was completed and shipped quickly without any issues or delays. I wish the postcards were wrapped rather than being loose in the box, but there was some filler paper that helped to prevent any significant damage. There were just a few minor bends on corners.

Have ordered these in the pas and they were good. This time the colors were way too dark. Not sure I would order again.

The print process was simple and any communication with the company to provide updates and assess issues were handled quickly and correctly.

Awful. They made me upload the card 60 times and it still printed like crap because there is a ghost image of someone else’s business card. 175$ for business cards I cannot use.

Customer service was excellent. My first print was not correct and had an issue when it was delivered. I put in a quality control ticket right away, and they responded quickly and professionally. Needing a reprint left me in a time crunch, but they were able to get me my product reprinted and shipped with time to spare! They fixed the issue, the job looked fantastic and my client was over the moon! Will absolutely be using this company again.

For not having an order for several years, the staff went above and beyond to make sure the colors and fonts were as close as possible to the originals that were requested. We are very happy with the products and will be ordering from again.

I like that you're privately owned. The color consistency is excellent. But the experience left a little to be desired.

1. I asked that it not be coated. But it was - not sure why.

2. The cut was very much off-center vertically. While the design could have done more to anticipate...I still am surprised it passed inspection.

The first product didn’t print well. The colors didn’t match and they were the same color code. Customers service was great, reprinted and shipped quickly. The new one matches perfectly! It was refreshing to have good customer service!
