Primus UK provided me a flawless level of service over the last three and a half years while on an agency contract with AtkinRealis. During this time I never encountered delays or issues with my salary. The staff were always helpful and assisted whenever I had a question or concern.

I would give ten stars out of five if I could - as a support organisation they have been without doubt exemplary. Having worked as an Associate for a consulting company after many years with a single employer, I am genuinely sorry to see them go. I wish them the very best and am sure that whoever they support in the future will get the same level of wraparound care I got.

What can I say about Primis? Well I had been with them for over 8 years and within that time I have had very few occasions on which to contact them (this is a good thing as I was always paid on time). On the times I did have to get in touch they were extremely helpful and usually resolved the issues straightaway. Sadly, due to a change in a Preferred Suppliers List I have had to leave Primis and go with another Umbrella Company. I can only hope they are as good as Primis.

My interaction with Primis was excellent. Any email was responded immediately. I had a dedicated manager who was always available for any support required.

I was migrated onto Primis after a previous provider started having issues. From start to finish, front to back, interacting with Primis has been smooth, clear and efficient. Onboarding was easy, with support and guidance throughout, with solid aftercare and check-ins through the engagement. Portal systems are better than most, and their processes simply work as expected, letting me concentrate on the job at hand, rather than chasing admin and support tasks that should be smooth. Primis took care of my payroll for 2.5 years with zero issues. I worked, they paid. I would happily use them again. The online portal made it easy to check pay and find documents like P60.

Onboarding was made super easy. Before signing up I was given a sheet showing what my expected pay would be with all taxes and fees shown. Never once had a late payment and Deb was extremely useful walking me through the online account page explaining everything

Best pay roll firm I've been with in my 25 years of contracting. Emma and team always respond, quicly and accurately,to the few queries, I have had. Deb S deserves special mention for outstanding customer service. Go team.

Deb Swain was my account manager and she was amazing. I was advised, supported and helped at all stages of my employment via the umbrella company. She was always present on the telephone or email and happy to go into great detail whenever I needed an explanation or advice on salary sacrifice or end of contract notice periods etc. She even helped me navigate the online portal. I recommend her and the team full heartedly.

It's never straight forward when you work through an Umbrella company and wish to salary sacrifice in order to reduce income tax and bolster your pension.
