I used Prime Zero Prep for 4 years without issue. But ever since they moved operations to Delaware, everything has gone downhill fast. Stock has mysteriously gone missing during shipping, and one product was handled so poorly that every single unit had to be refunded due to their error splitting the content.
Worse, they refuse to take responsibility for missing items or possible theft — something that never happened in my previous years with them. The new staff are careless, and unfortunately, the head of the company is no better.
After years of trust, I can no longer risk my business with them. If you value your inventory, your money, and your peace of mind — look elsewhere.

Avoid them at all costs. I'm extremely disappointed. They've been handling the products terribly—my order quantities almost never match what I actually receive. It's cost me so much that my business has become unprofitable, even though I'm making plenty of sales.

Their updates are terrible, and when they make mistakes, they never respond or take responsibility. Honestly, it's been like this for over three years. Do not use this prep center.

They've even outsourced their inventory management to a third-party supplier, which has made the discrepancies worse than ever. I've lost a huge amount of money.
