Primera has never fallen short with customer service or support anytime I have had to deal with the company. I have been one of the first Eddie cookie printer owners and have had success each time I have had to ask for help. I just ordered a new ink cartridge for my Eddie yesterday afternoon and I have already got a message saying that I will have it tomorrow. I live in Canada on an island. I couldn't believe it. THANK YOU PRIMERA!

Purchased two Eddy's and one Freddy and had no issues. When Eddy first came out we were on a waiting list and then they alerted us when it was available. The second Eddy had shipped right away. We were also on a waiting list for the Freddy. They called when it was reddy and shipped as discussed. Like I mentioned we had zero issues. Thank you!

Love the Eddie still getting use to it but was sold when I first saw it in action. The capabilities are endless. Decorating edibles with the Eddie is a game changer with printing and time.

I had a new ink cartridge that was not working. The tech I spoke with had me do a couple of tests, determined it was the cartridge itself and had a new one overnighted to me. During the busy Christmas cookie season, it was so nice to have a company that stands by their product and takes care of an issue. Thank you!

The shipping policies are ridiculous. While shipping is free in the USA, yet in Canada I must pay +/- $50 for shipping is ridiculous, when the product is already so expensive.
I'm a repeat buyer, and there is no benefit to Canadian clients.

Receiving the cartridges for our LX910 printer, but unfortunately they were shipped via FedEx. To get to us the cartridges are sent to the FedEx hub in Anchorage and then given to the US Post Office and sent Priority Mail. It would be better for both of us if they were sent Priority Mail from Primera!!
