I purchased the lip stain and hated it

I purchased the lip stain and hated it. The company advertises a money back guarantee, so I contacted them. I told them I loved most of their products, but this one was very dry and hard to dispense. The AI generated response was I could pick another product, which I did. Then nothing. A few days later I was asked to state how well I thought customer service was and I said I would wait to see whether they lived up to their word. Again, nothing. A few days later I got another email asking for my order number and email address used in ordering the lip stain. I gave it to them by return email. Another day went by and I got another email asking me for the same thing. That was days ago and I still haven't heard anything. So I am out $28+ for a product I hate and Prime Prometics did not stand by their "guarantee." Although they have lovely products (their mascara, for instance) I will probably not buy anything from them again since they don't seem to stand by their word. My advice to them: Don't make a promise you do not keep. It's a good way to lose customers. P.S. I never got the refund OR the substitute product.
