Great prices and excellent customer service
The pet carrier I ordered was shipped and delivered quickly, and for a great price. However, the item sent was not the color I ordered. I contacted customer service by e-mail, and got an immediate apologetic response stating that the correct item would be shipped to me immediately. I was provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect carrier. The correct replacement carrier was shipped and delivered quickly. Overall, Prime Pet Supply was great to deal with and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Outstanding customer service to correct their mistake.

Perfect poop plucker!
The bags arrived just as described - smelling LOVELY, had handles and are big enough to hold the expensive dog food you give to your 60# dog, in order to keep her healthy, when said dog food decides it is EXIT DAY!

I recently began purchasing my pet food online and sought a seller who was reliable, prompt, and affordable. Prime Pet Supply delivers its products with consistency and care. I've ordered from other online retailers whose packaging lacked durability, and my bags arrived in what looked like a cardboard sleeve. Now, I'm purchase with assurance that my order will be delivered in a timely fashion and without fear of damage. I've never had the need to contact customer service, but don't fear the quality of service I will receive if I ever do need to.

I had been searching for my dog's favorite toy and Prime Pet Supply was the only online shop that had it in stock--among other toys of the same brand. I ordered several along with some natural treats and the shipment came as promised. Great online pet store. I will buy from here again.
