Approved Withdrawal Not Paid – No Response from Broker
I would like to share my experience with PrimeOTP so other traders can be aware.
I had a $1300 withdrawal request which was officially approved on March 6, 2026. According to the company’s stated policy, withdrawals should be processed within 24–72 working hours.
However, until today, I have not received the funds.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails over several days, but there has been no response from the compliance team or support. I also tried contacting them through other channels, but there has been no clear update or resolution.
What is most concerning is that:
The withdrawal status is already APPROVED
The processing time has clearly been exceeded
There is no communication or explanation
In my experience of trading for many years, I have never encountered a situation where a withdrawal is already approved but not paid, unless it is clearly rejected or placed on hold.
I have documented all evidence, including:
Withdrawal approval confirmation
Trading records
Communication history
Video proof
Due to the lack of response, I have escalated this matter to the relevant authorities and will continue to document this case publicly.
I strongly advise other traders to be cautious when dealing with this broker, especially regarding withdrawals.
