Battery Danger

Changed Battery
Site says original parts everywhere
It is not and battery only has 79% health
Got phone back witch back cover slighly Open with glue and back coming loose

Personel was friendly and thats at least good but would not recomend a battery swap here

A Lithium battery is dangerous if
low quality or fake

I do not trust them to fix this under Warranty as that is also 3-6months depending on where you read....

I will change the battery myself now

Sorry to hear that. we change like 50 batteries everyday. and only use original battery. i don't know, how you can say its not original. first of all i need to know which phone it was iphone or samsung. for iphone you have to reset the phone to see the new battery health. for the backside if we have to glue it. it need time to get dry. if it is not sitting properly we can redo it. you don't have to do it by yourself. maybe you can damage the phone.

Bought an reused iPhone 15 pro max

Bought an reused iPhone 14 pro max, there was something wrong with the screen. I got the chance to get the screen changed to a new, with no charge. I choose to get the whole amount refunded, and send the phone back. No problems with that.
