I recently purchased a jacket that arrived different from what was pictured on the website. The customer service team was kind, courteous, prompt, and helpful. They offered a solution quickly and responded to all of my concerns.

Very speedy, highly responsive service, delivering a quality product showing excellent design, workmanship, and top shelf materials.

Despite that, their customer service was quick to respond. They were also very polite, and offered several options (partial refunds, exchange, partial refund and keeping the item) in addition to going through with a return and complete refund if I wished.

Ordered a Dick Tracy jacket and the item received was not the correct color or style as the jacket pictured on their site. However, I reached out to them as soon as I received the jacket to begin the return process.

Despite the jacket being incorrect, the order shipped from them and arrived very quickly, and their customer service was quick to respond. They were also very polite, and offered several options (partial refunds, exchange, partial refund and keeping the item) in addition to going through with a return and complete refund if I wished.

Although the item wasn't quite what I wanted, I would deal with Prime Jackets again in the future if I am in the market for a jacket.

I ordered 2 jackets an extra large it came up large so I emailed this company less than 5 mins after the purchase I received an email from them telling me Not to worry that they would take care of it well.Yesterday I received the 2 jackets in a large.I reached out to them again in an email.And now supposedly is hastle free returns , but they want $30 Send to a link on an invoice.The invoice clearly does not have a link as well as the invoice shows that they only pay $10 from Pakistan. The phone number they have listed does not work.This is the worst purchase I've ever made in my life. As well the Worst customer service and support,I read the reviews.They were awful, but I went ahead and made the purchase anyway.Don't waste your money or time with this company. They also gave me the option of keeping something that is too small With a 25% on my next purchase. What a joke keep your $ And buy from another website I'm baffled that they're still in business. I'm glad that I'm in the top 10% of google reviewers maybe I can keep someone else from being screwed out of there hard earned money. Dont purchase anything from this company, save yourself from The trauma of Terrible service customer service and customer support

While my order was not as pictured on the site, the follow up and refund process was handled with frequent follow up and I received my money back.

Their responsiveness and kindness was commendable. I really enjoyed working with them and recommend them to everyone. You will be very happy with the level of customer service you will receive from them.

Customer service was very helpful in answering my questions and the delivery of my item was very quick.

The jackets looked exactly like what I ordered. The jackets are nicely made and arrived quickly. The company communicated with me at every step of the process including verifying sizes prior to shipping. Sizes do run slightly small so think about ordering a size up if you are in the United States.

I initially purchased a jacket that was too small for my wife, and wished to exchange for a larger size. Prime Jackets was VERY swift and professional with their response, as well as sending the larger jacket. I look forward to purchasing more items in the future with them!

This is a scam site.
They send you a random piece of cheap clothing and try to negotiate a deal with you when you try to return it. They’ll offer you a 30% refund plus a $25 voucher then eventually they’ll offer you a 70% refund and a $25 voucher if you leave a 5 star review.
If you actually get a full refund then they’ll charge you $30 for the return shipping.
Don’t fall for their scams and avoid this site.

Great material, nicely done and had to swap out size for one smaller and they made the process easy! Will def be back for more stuff in the future!
