Very happy with the jacket - it looks great!
We didn't get notified of the tracking, which caused a little angst but ultimately received the jacket in time and with some to spare. Customer service was responsive and helpful.
Overall very happy with the purchase and would buy again.

I was a little concerned when I didn’t receive a delivery notification, but Prime replied quickly and my Eagles jacket (which I LOVE) arrived within a day! Cheers to great customer service!

The communication regarding my order was great!

The shipping times listed on the site are inaccurate and they are aware of it. I placed my order based on the 2-3 day shipping time listed on the site. It has been 7+ days at this point and it has not been shipped. I've requested that they cancel my order and refund my money since it won't arrive in time and they are refusing. Don't waste your money here. It's a scam.

The reason for my five star review is because the customer service was awesome and the quality of thr hoodie I ordered is exceptional!

I ordered a Madonna jacket that was looking at online for a while. The jacket has a great fit and the quality is great. I would definitely recommend this company as service, quality and delivery were great as well as customer service response

I ordered a santa suit but was way too small. The company replaced it. Very easy. Yes i would order from them again

I ordered a XO Kitty jacket for my daughters' birthday. When it arrived it was a little too small, so I immediately created a new order for a couple of sizes up assuming that the company would accept the return of the original order (since they could see that I in good faith had a new order), but this wasn't the case and they started making weird demands for photos of the jacket, inside shoulder measurements with a tape measure in the picture, the jacket on my daughter, just absolutely bizarre requests. Long story, short, it surfaced that this was a counterfeit of a Forever 21 jacket and I had to do a chargeback for that reason and the return refusal combined! So silly.

The yankee jacket I originally ordered was not a true 3x.I contacted Prime and was asked to send some pictures of me wearing the jacket which I did.
An other jacket was sent using the measurements I submitted and it was perfect.
The customer service was first rate.

Ordered my jacket and i should have ordered one size bigger. The company worked with me and got me the correct size for my jacket. Although the process was a little tedious they were very helpful and made things right for me which I really appreciated!

Prime Jackets was quick to respond when I needed an exchange to a bigger size. They were very helpful and the corrected size was immediately shipped to me. The jumpsuit looks great and is made very well!
I highly recommend Prime Jackets and I will order again soon!!

I ordered what was supposed to be a lightweight fitted denim jacket from the site. The photo featured Sarah Jessica Parker so I was smart enough to assume that it was a reference photo of a piece that they created. Delivery was about 7 days and it was properly packaged. The denim was lightweight and had an unexpected lightweight quilted lining. However it was nothing like the reference photo. Color, style, and fit were a completely different item. Also the garment smelled like heavy chemicals and cheap plastic. Very strong smell that would need to be washed out. Since this was not the jacket I was expecting, I contacted them via email to request a return and it all went downhill. For 6 days their intermittent responses consisted of me sending them pictures of the garment with a ruler so they may “assess” and determine how to proceed. Finally after I demanded the refund instructions they wrote me to say that I had two options. One was to keep the garment and get 40% refund and the other was to return at my expense for a full refund. They even went as far as saying that they recommend the first option as it is the most convenient

When I asked them for the return address to price out the shipping cost they responded that there is an issue with their receiving location and shipping it back was not an option but that they would refund me 60% and could keep the item that I don’t want.

I insisted on an 80% refund and they finally agreed but added that it would take up to 14 days to process. I’m currently on day 2 so I’ve no idea if the refund will take place or not, but this experience cost me $109 and anxiety.

Within a few hours of posting my review above this company refunded me 100% and reached out by Phone and Email asking that I update my review. Nothing changes. In fact, I am annoyed that I had to write a negative review in order for them to do what they should have done from the onset. The way this return/refund was was handled is shady at best and I would advise anyone reading this to proceed with caution. That said, it would seem they have a lot of great reviews on their leather goods, but beware of anything else. Especially any item with a picture that is not the actual product picture, as was my case. The company is real and the quality of the item I received was very good, however, it was not the item I wanted. Perhaps my experience was an anomaly.

I am happy to report that I received the full refund credited back to my account. However, for the past week I have been getting a MINUMUM of 2 calls and 2 emails per day asking me to remove this review. The answer is no. STOP CONTACTING ME, this is harassment.

I ordered from Brazil a smallville clark kent jacket and it was sent on time to the indicated address in USA.
Besides that my questions through email were all answered on time and I appreciated everything.

Did not get the coat I ordered. The coat I wanted had a very nice detail in the back with silver buttons (see the movie The Friend) I wanted to return it but they offered a discount which I have never received. I figured I could make it look better. Guess I learned a lesson.

Jacket was a bit to small. Great email communication for return. Next size up came in about 7-10days. Great quality, good fit.

I had an issue with a jacket that I ordered. The issue was resolved after a few weeks of going back and forth. They did make it right in the end. The second jacket that I received was good quality and good condition.

I was surprised and pleased with the service I received. When I initially ordered the santa costume I used the suggested size reference. When I received it and tried it on it was to small. I opened the site and contacted the company and I received a prompt response. I was sent a replacement and am very pleased with the service and the costume. Thank you primejackets.

It is currently impossible to get a Valkyries Varsity-style jacket locally, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prime jackets was able to provide one of good quality with very attractive styling. I wasn't sure about sizing but we exchanged emails promptly, several times! They were courteous and prompt. Two people sitting behind me at a game decided to buy one also! At first, I was concerned that the emails and shipping were from overseas but it all worked out wonderfully. Plus the price was the lowest with free shipping as well. I highly recommend Prime jackets!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS CAMPANY. THEY DO NOT ADHERE TO THE RETURN POLICY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONCE I GOT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY INVOLVED 5 EMAILS LATER THEY AGREED, BUT WOULD NOT PROCEED UNTIL I CLOSED DISPUTE. ONCE I DID THAT THEY REFUSED TO PROCEED.

Horrible company as their stuff is made overseas and shipped through customs. I ordered a dodgers World Series jacket and they printed the wrong World Series date. They had 1984, instead of 1981! Also separating words on the back of jacket. Cheaply made product too and too small for an XL. My credit card gave me a full refund, but I still need to return the jacket. The company does not want the item back and wants to give a discount! Do not accept choice one or two for a discount. Request return and a return authorization number. They still want to give a discount and not have me return it. This is fraud! So many mistakes made in their product. Still no return address and they are very secretive. Looks like legal action must be taken against them!
