This is a scam. They take your money and don’t deliver.

Same story as all the rest. Ordered in April 2022, no product, no response to recent inquiries. It's now September. We've been ripped off.

PrimeGlitter Inc is the seller for the Garden Kneeler I ordered... THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered back in late April early May 2022, questioned my order's whereabouts 7/7/22, received a response from a Rep Jeff E on 7/10/22 saying rest assure your order is on its way... NOT... 9/19/22 I email again only to find that email address is now NO GOOD. What a rip-off.

Such a freaking scam!!

I currently have sent them 11 emails stating that I want my money back. No Reply. Well, one reply saying that they are on back order or something. Got the little bag but not the kneeler. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I had no idea there were this many ppl who were scammed also. Shame on this "company"!!!!

They kept reassuring that I would, but never did. They never refunded my payment, blamed supply chain issues.

I too was scammed! Ordered the garden helper in April still have not received it! And yes their email is down. Hope what they say about karma is true!

They took my money, but no product. Now you can't reach them by email. I'd like to know if there's any recours!

I ordered the Garden Helper back on May 28th. I even went with the Upgrade. I have been charged for the full order. It is August 20th and I still do not have the Garden Helper. I just sent an email to their support email address and got a kick back email saying it doesn't exist. PrimeGlitter is a scam! Stay away!!

This is my second review. After posting the first review attempted to contact PrimeGlitter for a refund as products ordered were never shipped or received. The only email address I have is no longer valid. 👎👎

Ordered a garden helper on April 23, 2002. Item was not delivered, had communication with "Jeff" who assured me it was coming; delay was due to "shipping issues." I sent another email today but delivery failed due to bad email address. Guess we're out $65!

Primeglitter are a fraudulent online sales organisation. I ordered a garden kneeling stool in March 2022, paid US$39.95. No delivery made or goods received. They sent emails every couple of months complaining about the slow international shipments delaying delivery. They cannot even provide an expected shipping date after 4 months. I have since requested a refund from them, but never received a response. I have received online deliveries since March 2022, from other online sellers & had no issues. So stay away from Primeglitter. You will lose your hard earned & they should be banned & severely punished for this criminal activity.

SCAM Same has happened to me with no product ever showing up. They said they would refund but have not done it. And there is no way to contact them. They SUCK!

Only gave 1 star because 0 stars was unavailable! I ordered this in May and got the little pocket that is supposed to go to the bench... no bench!!! I contacted the company and got the run-around...

I managed to contact them twice and now the email is no longer valid. I have filed a paypal claim... hopefully they can get me a refund!!!

I wish that I had seen this site prior to ordering... I would have never ordered!!!

Bottom line: Don't order from this company!!!

I have had the same experience as many others: ordered a garden bench, with upgrade, never received it. I emailed asking when to expect it or give me a refund. “Jeff” replied it had already shipped. That was two months ago, which even if it was on a slow boat from China it should have arrived. I have had one other similar experience with a purchase on FB and PayPal didn’t back me up for my $100 refund so I quit using them!!

My elderly mother ordered the Garden Helper Bench and opted for the upgrade,it was approx. $59.00. She ordered May 8th and has never received it.When she contacted the company a sales representative named Jeff told her it had been shipped and provided a tracking number.It was never delivered and could'nt be tracked.She emailed the company but her emails came back as undeliverable. Now she can't contact them so I guess next option is to contact Visa to see if they will refund. Facebook should not allow such companies to advertise on Facebook!! Buyers beware@

Paid for the garden helper in May. Got the upgrade. Never recieved the product and primeglitter support emails are undeliverable. So can't seem to get what I paid for or a refund.

I paid for a Garden Helper for $39.95 plus an upgrade to the better version for an additional $9.74. Order was placed in April 2022, in time to help with my gardening. After 2 1/2 weeks I finally got a shipping notice with a tracking number which was received and all it was, was a piece of green canvas meant as part of the upgrade but no Garden helper.

After contacting them, the response I got was "We have already raised this to the logistics team and are still waiting for their response." This was in June and never had any response from their logistics team.

I would really like to have my money back!

No star for them. I paid 62$ canadian for a stool I never received . Like everyone, I wrote an E-mail and a certain Jef answered I would receive my order as soon as possible. Still waiting 3 months later. A shame. Had my lesson, never buy again if I don't know the company.
