PrimeCircleProperties is very good in property management.
I am getting very good, professional service.
No issues and recommend other landlords for letting services.

Aaron is a really friendly, knowledgeable and experienced agent. As a landlord I've found him to be honest, reliable and a pleasure to do business with. He seems to be good with all people and made my tenants onboarding smooth and straightforward for them which is great.

Such a great experience with the service buying a property with Prime Circle

They where very professional and made the process extremely easy and efficient.

Was also assisted with there in house mortgage broker who looked after me with multiple options in the market and very competitive interest rates and advised me on both the personal and mortgage protection needed.

All this was under a very thigh budget 🙂 covered at a very competitive monthly premium. What I appreciated most about the service was follow up with a courtesy call just to ensure that I was happy with the process and I was kept up to date at every stage

Aaron has been a pleasure to work with. Great professional service from the start found me tenants within a week of agreeing to take on my property and all completed seamlessly from vetting to move in date.

Will update this in coming months to see how the tenants get on. But if all goes well would defo look forward to Aaron taking on the rest of my properties soon.

Happy staying in the property, landlord communicates effectively and keeps us notified of any relevant info needed also if there are any issues, they are dealt with as quick as possible

I've been living in 2 different properties managed by Prime Circle and I just want to give them a BIG Thank You for always being helpful and kind. They respond quickly, provide what's necessary for the household and if you are experiencing any struggles, they always always always try to help. I highly recommend them! 🙌

Unfortunately, I had to add other terrible issues o my experience. Without any reason the phantomic landlord of this house, thought to come into possess of my belongings and to throw away in the bin, which I have immediately call the police, and I have denounced the things to the local authorities. Soon . i will pledge a legal action against that real estate agency, for fraud and scam.

Oh well you can deny not knowing me but I'm so done with trying to reach you after you constantly ignored my calls and messages for months. Myself and 3 other people you've done the same to are in the process of taking legal action against you. I really don't know how you sleep at night Aaron. Your heart is dark.

I've had a positive experience with Prime Circle. They are very efficient and communicate well when dealing with potential tenants and landlords. The team is very helpful.

I have been working with Prime Circle properties for some time now. I gave them A 6 bedroom house for rent. Everything is kept As promised at the beginning when the contract was signed.Very happy with these guys rent is payed every month,this way I rent my house and I have no stress no need to deal with tenants or anything.

Absolutely brilliant service, from first contact, felt very good at viewing and property is in great condition and clean. Fast response to any maintenance issue and communicates very well.

The worst experience EVER, Aaron Omotayo of Primecircle properties, is DISHONEST. He took the deposit of over £2,400 did not bank it in the deposit scheme, assisted/advised the tenant has not paid rent for over a year and lied under oath. A complete TOTAL scum BAG. Avoid him if you want peace of mind.

Helps to arrange an organise from insurance to tenant to pretty much everything you require to get peace of mind.
