Worst. Delivery was long,i got dryer diferent colour and with smell bad. I go to dyson shop and they confirm its not original. I pay for sending back item,they give adress in diferent country ,but they didnt accept so i got item back. No money back and in the end they blocked me. Hope no one buy from them. Also hope that somebodt who lives in germany will go to police and they will take responsibility of what they done to peoples

When I first ordered from primal globe the communication was excellent even though I kept being reassured about delivery times this was not as promised. I was lucky to receive an airwrap but it was not as ordered and I now question the validity of it being a Dyson. I was promised a replacement! However, this has not yet happened despite numerous emails to which they have no response anymore. Please think again before buying from here! ☹️

Item ordered 18th August (now 12th September) - still hasn't been received by UPS.
I ordered the styler on June 21st. I immediately received an email that due to the workload the delivery would take about 10 days, and within a week I would receive another email with information about the parcel. A week later I wrote to them, in response I said sorry, let's see now and they postponed the answer until Monday, this lasted for about a month, in July they finally sent something, sent me a tracker, the parcel was on its way for a couple more weeks. Then on the website it was already marked as delivered, although I had not received anything yet, I contacted them, they wrote that the courier delivered to the wrong place and now they are sending a new one, I waited for about 2 more weeks (naturally they kept postponing the dates) and they themselves wrote to me that it is inconvenient for them to constantly ask again and let us return your money. Okay, well what did I think, everything is ok. But no, after that 3 weeks have passed, at first they answered that they would send it, then that they would look, and now they have been completely ignoring me for a week. After reading other reviews I realized that I shouldn't expect any more money, it's a pity, I was taken in by a quality website, and the support worked so well that it wasn't obvious that they were scammers. And yes, I have correspondence with them with more than 120 letters in the mail
I received the product, but first of all, it is a replica (not the original). Secondly, not the product that was ordered. Thirdly, they do not reply to my message, in which I wrote that I received the product is not what primal promised and asked for a refund, but I have not received an answer. Due to these circumstances I lost 500€, so I will demand from my bank to consider a chargeback procedure for a refund!
After all we were promised the original products, the fact that can come even the wrong product and the thought was not. Delivery was a month, I believe that this is a long time.

I ordered the Dyson Airwrap id, waited for over a month for the delivery only to find out they had shipped a previous model. At this point customer service was very present and helped me issue a return. Sent the package so I could get the Dyson Airwrap model I had ordered. I was told the model I had payed for would be shipped at that point in time and that my tracking number would be shared with me in a few days. That never happened. The returned product is at the facility I was instructed to ship to but somehow customer service is taking longer and longer to answer. I’ve sent dozens of emails to hopefully get a refund since I can’t even get the actual product sent over and reading other people’s reviews hasn’t been very assuring. Very disappointed to say the least. Hopefully will get my money back, I’m willing to insist.
Do not even think about buying anything from them, with the idea of saving a little money. In the base case you will get replica, in worst - nothing at all.

I received products that did not match the description. I ordered a Dyson Supersonic Nural hair dryer, but it arrived in the wrong color and with the wrong set of accessories. On top of that, the Dyson Hair Brush Gift Set in Rosé that I ordered was fake.
The company promised to send the correct items if I kept the wrong ones, but this was a lie. After waiting a month with no resolution and repeated excuses, I returned the products for a refund. I tracked the entire shipment myself, as they maliciously delayed picking it up. Once they finally collected the package, they stopped responding completely.
Extremely disappointing. Avoid this site.
Warning! Do not buy here... I ordered a Dyson Coanda 2x. After several weeks i received the wrong product. At first customer service was quick in their responses, but I had to ask several times for a return label. When I finally got it it had the wrong sender and could not be used. Now they are not responding at all ( in spite of numerous e-mails) and I'll have to open a fraud claim with my credit card company instead. My guess is that the positive reviews found here are " bought" reviews and the bad ones the real....

I want to warn everyone about this site. They took service from me but never paid and completely wasted my time. Their behavior is unprofessional and dishonest. Please be careful before dealing with them, as they are not trustworthy. Don’t fall into the same trap I did.

I’m not sure I've ever purchased something from a company that either has 1*rating or a 5*rating. I pondered if I should chance it. Worst mistake EVER. I ordered an airwrap for my daughter’s 18th birthday. A real treat for her at £350+. After quite a few weeks it arrived, so I breathed a sigh of relief. Until I opened it ~ to find they had dispatched the wrong item. I contacted them straight away. They agreed it was their error & they would send a replacement & a prepaid label to return. That’s the last I heard from customer service. After 25+ emails, I have to admit I’ve got nowhere. Ended up having to purchase another airwrap for birthday gift. IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK, YOU ARE POTENTIALLY THROWING AWAY GOOD MONEY. The most costly mistake I’ve ever made. Ending up with a product that I hadn’t ordered. So beware.
