2 x end caps for remis blind

Purchased pair of end caps for remis blind legs, for massive total of £5.48. I received the items with one damaged. I contacted via email to explain, sent them photo evidence. I received no reply and ended up ringing. They apologised and said they would get the supplier to send out a replacement. I then received an email stating they are out of stock and wouldn't be available till the 20th May and that could be subject to change. I said a refund would be better, so I can get them elsewhere. I received a notification from PayPal that a refund has been issued of £1. I wouldn't have even bothered, in fact, you can withdraw the refund for what it's worth. Not a busting amount, well pennies. It's the principle, but just to let people know how the company works.

Bradley Stoke Bristol - Hull - Kingswood Bristol.

With Prima Leisure being based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, it is a great pity that they do not allow members of the public to collect orders from their unit here in Bristol - particularly as I live in the city!

Instead, we were forced to pay for courier delivery which actually meant that our two caravan tyres were collected from Prima Leisure at Bradley Stoke and then taken to the courier's depot in Hull, Yorkshire before being dispatched back to Bristol once again for delivery to my home. I had not even been informed by the courier company (who still remain anonymous) that they would be delivered today.
In terms of "green issues" these tyres were shipped 222 miles to Hull and then back again equalling a whacking 444 miles when Bradley Stoke is a mere 10 miles from my home - absolutely ridiculous!!

Then we need to state that the same tyres had been available in stock on their website when I purchased them on 10th March; but they had not been dispatched to the courier until 27th March before finally arriving with me today 13th April.

If this is all in the interests of efficiency, I am afraid it has all passed me by!!

My purchase was sent to the wrong address, I had to query prof of despatch. Eventually it was sorted out.
