Items never arrived. I contacted customer services who told me to wait as it can take up to 10 working days to be delivered, it was already 11 working days at the time I sent the email. I was asked to contact again in a few more days. I have it a week and still nothing. I emailed again to request a refund which I got but they are refusing to refund the postage costs. This is the response I received

‘As stated on our website all shipping methods are non-refundable. The reason being we have fulfilled our needs by shipping the order, once orders have left our warehouse they are no longer under our control, we cannot take liability for actions made via royal mail.’

I understand shipping costs aren’t refunded if I receive the items and want to return them but to be charged for delivery for something I never received is unacceptable.
