If you place an order accidently they won't refund you until the item has been shipped and pretend they haven't recieved your mutiple email requesting for it to be canceled until it ships, so they can't refund you. Poor cutomer service. They only care about their pockets and not their customers. the they say that the flag is free and will charge you nearly thrity dollars for shiping a flag that is less than a pound.
Greedy and unconsiderate.

Placed an order a month ago and it never arrived. No one will respond from customer service or Aaron Deen.

This place is a SCAM
I ordered a "free" flag with $4.95 shipping and added a $1 "tip" because I looked on Amazon and their flags were $4.95 with free shipping and I wanted to pay a little more to someone who wasn't Amazon.

I ordered in May 2025, it is now July 21, 2025 and no flag. Reached out many many times finally got a response saying I never ordered a flag, just sent them a tip and they sent me a screenshot of the $1 added tip with $4.95 shipping for... The tip I guess? They charged me shipping for giving them an extra dollar on a "free" flag I have never received.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! IT is a SCAM

This company claims to be an ethical alternative to Amazon while using Amazon Logistics to run a drop shipping scam. I know because the driver who delivered my flag was an Amazon driver!!! The extremely inflated price of $25 to ship a "free" flag was not in fact because of the flag's quality, but because they decided to pay Amazon Logistics to ship from a sweatshop in China. Absolutely disgraceful to market yourself as an ethical company to a demographic who is economically disadvantaged and is willing to pay extra in an attempt to do the right thing, and of course exploiting workers who suffer on slave wages overseas to make that happen. Fake allyship, fake ethics, BS rainbow capitalism. I had to do a chargeback because they kept my money even after receiving my return and offering a refund. SCAM COMPANY! STAY AWAY!!!

Still haven't received my flag, and the shipping cost was a surprise ($25), with no way to cancel the order once they gave the amount. Scam. And they even ask for a tip! Urghh - way to prey on good hearts wanting to support the LGBTQ cause.

They claim items are shipped within 5-9 business days of the order being "processed". I ordered on June 1st and still have not received my items. I tried emailing them to ask how long it takes to "process" an order and have heard nothing back. I filled out the "contact us" form on their website asking the same thing, and still radio silence. Maybe I'll get my items by the end of the month if I'm lucky?

Edit - My items arrived mid July. Glad they finally came, but disappointed that I had to contact customer support a third time to get any movement on my order. It sounds like they had no idea it hadn't shipped and if I hadn't been persistent, I may never have gotten my product.

When I was about to finalize my order for a “free” flag, shipping was $23.95. A donation was also requested. Seems scammy. I did not finalize my order, will monitor my credit card and contest any charges from them if they appear.

I canceled my order a few hours after I first placed it and I got a response days later saying it was too late and I could get my refund once it was being sent back to them. When I informed them that the package was being sent back they said they'll refund me immediately but over a month later I still don't have my money back. I lost over 33€!
This whole thing happend between June 17th and July 17th.

Very confusing with the way they explained when the package were delivered, they told me a day before it were, the day before I went on a class trip. Then when I were sitting in another side of the country on that class trip it arrived and I asked my mom, she said it did in fact arrive. Overall good product but quite expensive honestly.

Ended up paying around 40-50 dollars for my "free things" and got a lot of "promote us" emails after. Didn't know where my package was until I woke up this morning to a text from the post that it was delivered. Only took around 10 days to get here tho. However, I did get everything I ordered and everything seems to be in good shape, which is always a plus :)
