When they attended our property I explained clearly which carpets needed to be cleaned. They then proceeded to clean the wrong rooms. Despite this being their error they insisted on being paid the full amount would not clean the correct room.

They arranged to come on the following weekend to clean the other room at a cost to ourselves.

They then began messing around with the time. The date and time changed repeatedly. When I rang to cancel them, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I definitely do not recommend this company

Worker pleasant helpful but English not always easy for me to understand. Wish I had read the reviews but couldn’t also understand why travel from Rochdale to Worcestershire for one job???? Perturbed but overall curtains suite and small carpet area cleaned .

I dont think they try hard enough to remove stains , when i arrived back i had to get down on my hands and knees while it was still wet and try and remove multiple stains they didnt remove, and guess what they came off!!! Not worth the money in my opinion i regret it using them!

They say that they remove stains from carpets...all that happened was that the cleaner soaked my carpet, and wasn't able to remove any of the stains. Bearing in mind they say on their website that they remove stains this way very poor service and now I'm left trying to dry it out.

DO NOT USE!!!! Terrible service and damaged my sofa.
I wouldn’t even give 1 star but I have had to do that to post this review, so if anything it’s a minus AVOIDE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
Quoted a price and then charge more on arrival. I think this was to go in the back pocket of the worker. They left my sofas wet through and didn’t use any “quick dry” technology as there website states. Visible marks still all over my sofa, so I complained and they come back to complete the job, workers on arrival demanding more money from me as they had to re attend to my property after I stated it wasn’t my fault they didn’t complete the clean correctly and professionally.
But again on the second visit my sofa was left wet through so couldnt fully asses until the morning after when even then it was only slightly dry, my sofa was in an even worse state than the first time them leaving, this time leaving white marks all over a dark grey sofa almost to point of the chemical being used and poor work manship it looks like they have damaged the fibres of my sofa.
After this I Contacting them again with all new images to show the mess his workers had made, I asked for a full refund as I wasn’t happy with the service a second time around to be met with ignorance and telling me he will be out of pocket if he gives me my money back.

The workers come in and didn’t even clean the base of my sofa they just worked on the visible areas and even then still doing a job soo poorly.

The workers are not professional at all and have no idea on how to clean a sofa.
It was a rush job from start to finish. I have a corner sofa and cuddle chair with stool and the first visit they was here 45 minutes, the second visit to improve there work again rushed they was here 30 minutes.
Not professional at all.

My living room floor was left wet through also leaving my living room rug wet too so not only was I left with my sofa out of use for over 24 hours I was left drying out my living room rug.

No protective covers were put over my flooring to protect the floor from there leaking machine and water residue again not professional.

On the 2nd visit his workers come in demanding more money in a threatening manor demanding I paid more money too them as they was stating there boss wouldn’t pay them for additional work. I did refuse as I was originally quoted £140 for the sofa clean but on arrival they told it was £170 and cash payment I now belive his works took advantage of me and upped the price for the own gain. This is not professional and is theft!

All I can say is DO NOT USE! Do not know how to run a company and don’t know first thing about being professional.
This company is just here to rob you of your money and not complete a service you are paying for.

I am taking my complaint further as the owner wants to be ignorant and now ignore the state of my sofas after a second chance of getting it right. They have robbed the wrong person!

I have about 100 photos I could show to say do not use but I think the ones I have posted speak for themselves.
AVOIDE AT ALL COSTS.
