Purchased a new watch and had a great experience. I reached out via WhatsApp and was supported by Mark. They allowed me to reserve the watch I really wanted and polished before sending. Very attentive and great overall service!!

Ordered a Tudor Black Bay GMT. Really really friendly staff. Especially Mark and Luke, they made things so easy and even went the extra mile to make a deal on the watch. Delivery was swift and the watch arrived well packaged. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new time piece.

You use fedex for delivery in the US
You use fedex for delivery in the US. They are by far the worst. They tried to deliver my watch twice, and my ring camera saw them just driving by. I work for a company with 30k employees and a revenue of more than a billion, and we will cancel contracts with a company if they use fedex. Just some insight from the US

We are sorry for this inconvenience. I can see the parcel was delivered on the 27th January on time. From our location, we have founds Fedex to be the most reliable service for our inbound and outbound deliveries. Although we don't have control over the deliveries, however, they are usually delivered by 6pm on the delivery day.
