A bit disappointed
I ordered 2 outdoor plants for my Father's birthday.
I looked really carefully at the description and it didn't say anywhere that the pots shown in the photos were not included. So I come to the conclusion that the pots were included in the price.
So when they arrived I was disappointed.
I emailed (filled out the form on the website) on the same day which was Tues 5th and I've had no response.
I'm only writing this review now, as I had an email come through about doing a review.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m really sorry to hear that you were disappointed when the plants arrived, especially as they were intended as a gift for your father, that’s understandably frustrating.
I’ve checked our system, and we received your email on the 5th of May at 14:37pm, and our team replied at 15:09pm the same day. In our response, we confirmed that the decorative pots shown in the photos aren’t included. The listing does advise of the nursery pot size, and any decorative pots are sold separately, but I appreciate how the images may have led to a different expectation.

Disappointing
The first package got damaged in transit, customer service reordered promptly so that was a plus.
The plants themselves have been batch grown, the ferns, peace lilies and spider plants roots were so compacted and knotted that water wasn’t reaching the plant. I had spend hours pulling apart and repotting. One of the ferns is touch and go as to whether it survives.
