I've looked into this for you and it appears that you contacted us on the 28th of May, and we replied on the 29th of May to apologise and confirm that your order had unfortunately become lost in transit. In that message we offered either a replacement or a refund, but we haven’t received a reply yet. It may be worth checking your spam or junk folder, as sometimes our emails can land there by mistake.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service very quick. Perfectly packaged rose. Arrived in time for my friends 70th. If I had to offer an improvement it would be for the delivery driver not to leave in the porch, not a fault of Prickle plants.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service.
I wrote 2 emails explaining how my £90 plant came with a broken plant pot, it was cracked falling a part and couldn’t stand up properly. I send photos and I realise these things happen in transit but I got completely ignored! I had to rush and buy another one somewhere else before my plant would have died not being able to water it properly in the heatwave we had .
Would never buy again from this company it’s too expensive and not worth the risk of no follow up if needed

My order has been lost
My order has been lost, and this was confirmed by Evri. However, I have tried to contact Prickle Plants multiple times to have the order resent or a refund issued and received no reply.
This has been extremely disappointing, and I now worry that I have lost money that would have been better spent at another plant business.

Next day delivery
Next day delivery, very good communication from Prickle, but unfortunately during transit the three plants must of been stood on their heads, somewhere during the journey. Though two out of the three plants are recovering well. I'm not blaming Prickle for this. It's just one of those things. I have worked in the distribution world in the past before. So I know you are relying on a bit of luck sometimes. Some people don't take as much care as others. Though I can see Prickle had tried their best to get my plants to me in good order. I could tell this by the way they had packed them. Though one of them it had clearly rained soil out of the pot. There's only so much such companies like Prickle can do to make parcels safe.

Only small thing is one of the plants was quite dirty on the top of the leaves ie dark dust type stuff so had up clean them but overall very happy and will be ordering again

The plant got damaged in transit…
The plant got damaged in transit delivery driver didn't knkw about it being a plant and arrived on its sidewith the soil basically a where but in the pot
Pickle need to make sure they clearly display that its a living plant. Mine came in a box but no way of knowing what it was
I got onto pickle and they soon sorted the situation out
The plant thia con monstera is hopefully going to be ok after its journey
I would order again if they used a different delivery company. Or make sure everything is packed and labeled then I definitely would order again

My plants arrived on time (good service…
My plants arrived on time (good service as NOT a long time from order to delivery) which is great. They came very well packed and protected. Very good specimens too, green, healthy and a proper size. Very pleased. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the advertisement I saw had them in pots which I expected them to come in and they didn’t ….but I would definitely order from Prickle again.

Damaged plants recieved
Plants came quickly however box left on doorstep upside-down. 2 put of the 6 were badly damaged. The others are doing well.
Doubt I'd use this company again as you can pick up plants at garden centers cheaper and are able to choose the healthiest looking plants that won't get tossed around on their journey to their forever home!

Opening a parcel to find dry soil, squashed foliage or any signs of discolouration is understandably frustrating, and it’s certainly not the experience we want for anyone ordering from us.
I’m also sorry to hear that you felt ignored after reaching out. We’ve checked our inbox and we responded to your emails on two separate occasions on the 19th of May. We asked for an additional photo of the Cast Iron Plant taken from a little further back, as the original image was too close for us to properly assess the condition. We also requested a measurement photo of the Snake Plant from the base of the pot, as this is how our plants are measured on the listings. For the Areca, we offered either a refund or a replacement. It looks as though our replies may not have reached your inbox, so they may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder.
