Primarily, I remain a bit hesitant in making a purchase of mobile via online platform. But, against all odds, I happen to make an order on Priceoye.
The order placing, tracking, product packing video and COD payment was all smooth.
I happen to have a bit of annoyance as the PriceOye marketing campaign offer ( first parcel checking, then payment ) but while I placed my order that option was not permitted even at Lahore address. I find it a bit miscommitment.

I received Redmi 15 today. It was my first purchase from this platform I checked offline price of this phone from Younas Mobile fb page and it was 52500 but I got it in 45000, really happy. Bought the phone Nubia ZTE V80 Max. Arrived on July 14, 2026.
When I checked the e warranty, it started from May 18, 2026. Someone opened the box, activated the warranty and repacked the phone. This is not a good practice. Price oYe should look into this. Why they are giving repacked phones???? To acheive some kind of a Target??? If yes, they should inform the customer first. I will call it a fraud. I would expect a call from someone from priceoye.

Don’t Waste Your Time or Money with PriceOye
Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
I ordered a power bank from PriceOye. After taking my order, they told me they didn’t even have the product and needed 4 days to arrange it. I said okay and waited.
When the parcel reached my city, I called the courier and even asked if I could collect it myself. They said no, it would be delivered to my home.
Then the real headache started.
For the next 5 days, I kept calling PriceOye and the courier. Every single day they gave me the same answer: “Sir, sorry. We forgot. We’ll deliver it tomorrow.” This happened again and again. They kept making false promises and wasting my time.
On the sixth day, I called again, and this time they told me my parcel had been returned. Imagine waiting all those days just to hear that!
I immediately called PriceOye, expecting them to help. Instead, they said, “It’s not our problem. Contact the courier.”
What kind of customer service is this? I bought the product from PriceOye, not from the courier. If your delivery partner fails, it is your responsibility to solve the problem, not the customer’s.
I wasted days waiting, made countless phone calls, and got nothing except excuses.
This company knows how to take orders, but when something goes wrong, they simply blame someone else instead of helping their customers.
Please save your time, money, and peace of mind. Buy from somewhere else. I will never order from PriceOye again.
