Device issues
I purchased this device about a month ago, and unfortunately, I have been experiencing several issues since then.
The most serious problem is with the speaker. During phone calls, the audio is heavily distorted, making it very difficult to understand the other person. This significantly affects the device's primary function.
In addition, I have been facing multiple software-related issues:
The device occasionally freezes or becomes unresponsive, and I have to clear the cache to make it usable again.
This happens even when I am only using a single application, so it does not appear to be caused by heavy usage.
At times, when switching between apps, the screen briefly displays multiple horizontal lines for a few seconds before returning to normal.
Considering that the device is only one month old, these issues are unexpected and have significantly affected my experience. I have already attempted basic troubleshooting, but the problems persist.
I would like to request a replacement with a new unit under the one year warranty, as I believe the device may be defective. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Priceoye flagged me as a buisness even tho i offered to show the pics of the previous mobiles i bought and the open box too
When i ordered for the first time service was awesome and mobile was genuine box packed when i ordered 2nd time it was same old good experience but on the third go i was trying to buy a mobile on installments but when i reched the page where you have to add your bank details i had a problem with ubl so i had to go back and had to call ubl after the call they told me that they updated the info but when i tried again it wouldnt work so 2 failed tries, on the 3rd try i did it but then priceoye flagged me as a buisness for failed attempts only... i emailed them that im not a buisness they didnt even bother to check i even said i have the both boxes of the previous mobiles and the phones i can send them a pic but they didnt do anything about it they just sent an automated reply saying we're sorry to inform you that you're flagged as a buisness in our system

I got the redmi buds 8 pro they are very impressive i would recommend that at thsi price it cat get muc better than this secondly thanks to priceoye i saved 1700pkr on this earbuds thirdly the delivery service was very good too although there was a misroute but it got taken care of in less than 24 hours andi got my package withing 3 days of ordering i hope this helps!

One of the worst experiences I have had with Priceoye.
I reported an issue with my product and contacted PriceOye customer support within the checking period. I followed every instruction given by their representative and provided the requested photographic evidence.
The product had a model-number mismatch between the cable and the retail box, and I clearly shared evidence of this issue.
Initially, I was asked to provide pictures. Later, I was told that a complete unboxing video was required. I explained that I had recently changed my mobile phone and the video had been temporarily misplaced. I continued searching for it, and as soon as I found the video, I shared it with PriceOye as requested.
The most disappointing part is that even after I found and submitted the complete unboxing video, PriceOye still refused to process my claim. They ultimately rejected the claim by referring to the 3-day policy.
This is extremely frustrating because I had already reported the issue and followed their instructions throughout the process. Their own previous communication also stated that the complaint submission date would not affect the claim process.
No proper resolution. No replacement. No refund — even after providing the requested evidence and complete unboxing video.
The entire experience was unnecessarily complicated and extremely disappointing. Instead of properly investigating the issue based on the evidence provided, the claim was ultimately rejected.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend PriceOye to anyone expecting reliable after-sales support.
Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating claims experience.

Thank you for your response, but I completely disagree with your version of events.
Instead of addressing the actual issue, you have chosen to shift the focus away from the evidence I provided. The main concern was that the cable's model number does not match the model number printed on the retail box, and I shared clear photographic evidence of this. You have never explained this discrepancy.
It is disappointing that instead of investigating how a product with mismatched model numbers was delivered, you have claimed that the package was "already opened and repacked before the recording started." That is a very serious allegation, and I completely reject it.
I contacted your support within the warranty period, followed your representatives' instructions, provided the requested pictures, and later shared the unboxing video as soon as I was able to retrieve it. Despite my full cooperation, my claim was rejected without addressing the actual product mismatch.
I expected PriceOye to investigate the evidence I submitted, not to make assumptions that shift responsibility onto the customer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this has been a very disappointing example of after-sales support.

Initially, the adapter was delivered before the cable, and you contacted us with the concern that your 3-day PriceOye check warranty might expire before you received the remaining item. Our team assured you that an additional 3-day check warranty would be provided once the cable was delivered, so there was no need to worry.
At the same time, our team also advised you to record and keep the complete unboxing video, as it is a mandatory requirement for processing any damage, missing item, or product mismatch claim.
When you later raised your complaint, you informed us that the unboxing video had not been recorded. Our team explained that we would be unable to process the claim without the required unboxing video. You then informed us that you would search for the video and share it if found.
The unboxing video was shared five days later, after the extended 3-day check warranty period had already expired. Additionally, upon review, the submitted video was not considered valid, as it clearly showed that the parcel had already been opened and repacked before the recording started. Unfortunately, due to these reasons, we were unable to process your claim under our warranty policy.
We understand that this outcome was disappointing, and we genuinely regret the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is important to us, and we will share it with the concerned team as we continuously work to improve our customer experience.
