bought a product that didnt live up to what it promised. so i sent everything back with all its parts in the original package. their respons was, parts are missing and we cant give you a refund. so in order to get it back i have to pay for the return cost. thats someting i didnt agreed upon. they could have told me before i sent it and not after they lost some of the parts of the product and then denied it. its just bad, cant trust them.
