The time of geting the car was longer…
The time of geting the car was longer than 30min because there were not a car with automatic shift gear at the airport. Also I paid extra to get newest car that means 2025/26 and I got a 2024 with 90k kilometers already made and windwish wapers were not working corectly and the car was in bad shape.

Delayed departure because of the employees, even though I announced my presence 50 minutes before I paid for rent

Worst service ever
I waited at the airport for over 45 minutes to be picked up—terrible service. They didn't provide the car I had actually booked, claiming they don't even have it in their fleet and that it's only listed on their website for advertising purposes. They promised me an upgrade, which turned out to be completely untrue. The fuel tank was less than half full, and there was absolutely no windshield washer fluid—a major safety issue given the heavy downpours...
Upon return, the drop-off doesn't even take place at the airport like with other rental agencies, but at their headquarters located 1 km away. To get there, you have to detour under the airport bridge and are forced to head back towards Ploiești...
I absolutely do not recommend them. There are plenty of other agencies where car pick-up and drop-off happen directly at the airport, saving you from useless detours in today's heavy traffic.

While we understand that the specific model you expected may not have been available, the alternative vehicle provided was from a higher category than the one originally reserved.
Concerning the fuel level and windshield washer fluid, we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Our fuel policy is "same-to-same", meaning vehicles are delivered and returned with the same fuel level. Nevertheless, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused and will share your comments with the local team for review.
With regard to the airport transfer and return procedure, our operational model at Bucharest Otopeni Airport includes a shuttle service between the airport and our nearby location. This information is available prior to rental and allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining a high level of service.
We regret that these aspects affected your overall impression of our company. Customer feedback is important to us, and your comments will be reviewed internally to identify any opportunities for improvement.

I book online car from this company. I already I book Insurance as well, but when I come to collect the car, they make me trouble. They say I need to buy another Insurance I say I pay fully comprehensive insurance. I dot need to do another Insurance but they say you don’t need to pay I don’t give you the key, but I don’t have another choice. I pay extra money. 30 minute awaiting anybody not in Office.

You were given an option to avail our SMART CHOICE Package. With this package, you have ZERO LIABILITY over the exterior damages on the car, NO DEPOSIT, and you can pay using a debit or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
