Too easy to get the wrong voucher from first time customer. When attempted to contact customer service, whilst they did respond each person gave different answers. The issue was to swap the voucher for a correct one, which I was told I could, it never materialsed and was left with no resolution, care factor or follow up to help ensure the voucher was changed.

Not a great experience
While the problem was resolved, which I am thankful for, I was kept waiting with no responses for quiet a while and with no warning. Anthony never responded to my questions or answers, just asked for a code number, asked for the code number again, then after I waited for quiet a while and asked if everything was ok or if he could help me he still didn't respond until later when he simply asked my email and then said the card was sent. There was no hello, or goodbye, no interaction or explanation. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking for help
