Absolutely Poor Support
Yes, they are cheap, but their support is absolute crap and nonsense. If you have an emergency you are on your own, there is no live chat or anything, their skype account is never online. IP gets blocked with different network service provider.
I have been with them for a while, but lately, their support has been nothing to write home about!
I am switching to a new provider.

Bad Support, Blocked/Spam IP, Terrible Service
The server has Bad rep all over the Internet and their IPs are blocked by spam blockers. Their support takes 24h-48h to answer (email or ticket). Do not bother saving you little money! They do not offer refund on renewals and if you have a positive balance with them, they will never refund you that money!
