Missing basic features, no mobile app.

They promise new features and give some ETA so you sign the contract.
After a few months, you ask them about the needed functionality, and they say you will need to wait a full year.

If you send an email from an address that is not associated with a Previo account, they won't respond at all!

There is no mobile app, and the website doesn't work good on smartphones, especially when you have many accommodations.
Another basic thing I requested, and they refuse to add, is a price rounding option to look more professional. I want my prices to be without pennies (happens if you add some discounts, like a long stay, or last minute).
