From my first meeting through to my final engagement I found that both Kelly Cirillo and her team were always diligent regarding the completion of my Mum's estate. Everyone whom I engaged with including Kelly Cirillo showed advanced compassion around the death of my Mum. It was encouraging from the start in the way that the team engaged with me to take the burden of responsibility from me.
What was really good was that in the written correspondence and face to face contact, especially the latter, was that their advisory explanations were very clear and provided written explanation that were understandable.
Very good value for money and would recommend.
