I have waited nearly two weeks for a refund. Most companies refund immediately.
The clothing item was not worth what they were asking for it.
Would not use again.

Gorgeous looking dresses when on, but that's probably end of it sadly. They are quite thin, so not best for autumn or winter seasons. They are very classical of the 1940s designs. But, and a very big thing they don't mention is they stain! Massively! I have a red, purple and green dress in the same style. I wore the red one first time, in autumn, so not when its hot or say sweaty season, and it stained my cardigan, stockings, underwear and skin! Thankfully I was wearing a washable cardigan with some vanish managed to get the red colour out after a couple of washes. The stockings sadly were not able to be recovered they had tp be thrown away and I had to have a shower to scrub off the red stain on my skin. Thankfully I wasn't wearing a dry clean only, pale coloured or expensive items. But with no warning??? There is nothing that says their dresses stain on first wear. Its made me nervous to buy any of their clothes again or wear the other 2 dressws, making it waste of £70 a dress! And thankfully i wasnt sitting on any pale furniture. Which is not cheap for that! Veey disapppointed. There are some much lovely vintage repro brands out there.

Terrible customer service. The quality of the clothing is also nonexistent. The clothing reviews on their site gets approved by them so they don't publish the bad reviews. There are so many better retro brands out there.
