I ordered two large jumpers but received one large and one small instead. I contacted the company, and they did provide a returns label for the incorrect item, advising that once it had been posted they would send out the correct size.

While I understand they are a small business and want the incorrect item returned, the mistake was on their end. After confirming I had posted the return, I’ve had no update or confirmation that the replacement has been dispatched. There was also no gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused — which was particularly frustrating as I have a newborn and a toddler, so getting to the post office isn’t easy.

I’m still waiting for the item I originally ordered, which is disappointing.

That said, the jumper I did receive is lovely and seems to be good quality so far, although I haven’t washed it yet.

It is a very lovely jumper, very soft, very cosy and the colour is stunning (brightest aqua you ever did see).
HOWEVER, I will become bankrupt before I get to be fully clothed as a breastfeeding mum at this rate.

I absolutely love my long sleeved top so I bought it in another colour. I have also got a fleece as well and when the size wasn't right it was no trouble at all to get it swapped. I get comments on them all the time. I had another mam ask me today where I got my top from as she thought it was great. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love my breast feeding t-shirt! It has given me very much needed confidence to feed in public and so so practical!! I would love to buy more colours in this top. The fabric feels decent and loved it tucked into my flared jeans! Thank you so much x

Tee shirt is a lovely colour and I love the fact that it makes breastfeeding easier. I'm however saddened by the quality for the price you pay 😔 I washed the tee shirt a couple of times and little holes have started to appear on the neckline and the tag area... disappointed!

Great products! Love the materials. Have some of their shirts, sweater and fleece. Clear and responsive customer service if needed.

Good quality of the fabric and good customer service. However, when I received the sweatshirt (Essential Oversized Breastfeeding Sweatshirt), I was disappointed as the seam in the front, where the two lines meet and the zippers end, was badly sewn. I contacted support and was informed that this sometimes happens on some of their products. I was offered a refund of the item but would not take the risk if you need to pay customs as well, as I did.

Really like the pattern of the zip, the colours. The feel of the material. Honestly it's been a game changer for breastfeeding I wish this was available a few years ago! Delivery was quick and there were no issues

4.5 stars. Lovely fleece - super comfortable and practical, plus it looks great! Good customer service - the team responded quickly when I emailed with a question on my order. The only slight issue I've had is that the paint came off one of the zippers after the first wash (hence not 5 stars).

Love Pretty Mama, i have placed 3 orderd already and happy with everything. I had my first baby 7 years ago and feeding tops where very limited and not the best so when pregant with my 2nd baby last year i came across pretty mama products. Best products out there and highly recommend.

Every item I have received from Pretty Mama have been beautiful and practical. The classic designs are timeless and mean you can put them with anything. Also to find well sized plus size nursing friendly clothing is such a relief. Outlet items are great, not perfect quality but absolutely functional so definitely worth the money for layering or at home items. Super happy with all items and my experience with the company.

The jumper is absolutely wonderful quality - will definitely purchase again from this store! I was unsure whether to purchase any breast feeding specific clothes as I don’t know how long I’d be doing it for - however, it has been an absolute game changer when out and about!

If helpful for the future (no problem at all if not - so do ignore) maybe it would be good to have two zip openers on the BF zips? When I went to hook my BF bra back up, it might be useful to unzip from the bottom to ensure I cover myself enough with my hand and not expose myself. I’m not typing this very well as on a late night feed! But I think that was the reason why my brain thought it needed another zip.

Also - with your sweaters, it would be good if there were some without the shops name across the front and maybe more discreet (along the forearm). But that is of course a personal choice as I don’t wear any clothing with written words on them or graphics ☺️

I'm always wary of companies that I find on instagram, but Pretty Mama has reset this expectation for me! I ordered 4 tshirts, all super comfortable and well made. I sized up on the oversized and they fit me in my third trimester, so will be super comfortable for postpartum. The feeding zips are going to be a game changer for my second feeding journey. Will be ordering more soon!

Such a good experience! I ordered a size 12 to 14 (M) of the new fleeces but I needed the smaller size. It was easy to return and exchange the fleece. The team were so lovely and understanding and im absolutely in love with the fleece 🧡
