I had had my previous kitchen for 30+ years, it was falling to bits, had very little work surface and I had lost all interest in cooking in it. When I was in a position to purchase a new kitchen, I thought I was going to have to go to one of the "big sheds"; I read reviews about them and wasn't too impressed. Somebody mentioned German kitchens so on the off-chance, thinking it would be way out of my budget, I went to Prestons Kitchens in Preston. I booked in for a no-obligation kitchen design with Dal - he really is an expert at design, with so many helpful suggestions for space saving etc. When I saw the 3-D design, and the price, I was over the moon and booked it. Dal was very patient when I changed my mind over the worktops, and arranged the change very quickly. The kitchen was delivered on time - Dal kept in constant contact to make sure everything ran like clockwork, was always on hand to answer queries from my kitchen fitter and nothing was too much trouble. Dal also came out to the house during the fitting to check everything was running smoothly and again once the kitchen was in place.

What can I say? The kitchen is stunning, more than I could have wished for - I can't believe it's the same room! The quality of the units and appliances is superb and cooking is such a joy now as I have so much work and cupboard space. The Christmas dinner this year was the best I've ever cooked and I'm looking forward to spending much more time in the kitchen.

I ordered my kitchen in the Huddersfield store after shopping around for several months. The whole experience was superb and every single person from store staff to designers to fitters to aftercare were brilliant. I'm one of those fussy customers that kept changing design and colours. I'm really happy with my kitchen, it's exactly what I wanted and great quality. The best thing about Prestons is their aftercare service. I know so many people that have bought kitchens elsewhere and have had a knightmare with sorting out issues after fitting. All my teething problems and personal changes after fitting were dealt with quickly and professionally and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I would definately recommend Prestons.

The designer is exceptional. The fitting and general building work was very good particularly the skimming of the walls which was excellent. Early days but the quality of units and appliances seem really good .

This is a great company to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were extremely helpful and patient in accommodating our design changes. Their expertise and guidance throughout the whole process was so much appreciated. The kitchen we selected is of an excellent quality and we consider it good value for money. The fitters were outstanding too - quick, accurate and very tidy.

We are delighted with the final outcome of our new kitchen, the layout for which Dal designed and for which builder Wal brought to life with expert craftmanship. They delivered additional work for us, over and above just fitting a like-or-like kitchen, in order to ensure the adjacent spaces complemented the kitchen space. Both easy to get along with too through the process, which takes the pressure off for the project. Thoroughly recommend.

We looked at many many kitchens before finally deciding on Prestons at Romiley. The build quality of the units was far superior to everything else we'd seen and Chris really helped us decide on the final design. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable again compared to the competition. Our kitchen was fitted by Marc and Joel who were a fabulous father and son team. They consulted us when necessary, left the house clean and tidy each day and
did an outstanding job overall. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Prestons Romiley

Great company and very professional with quality kitchens.

All went very smoothly from planning and design to fitting. The whole team were hard working and conscientious. The kitchen is of excellent quality and looks stylish and modern. Really pleased with the outcome and massive thanks to Mark and the team at Preston’s for the designs and advice and to Oliver (Project Manager) and his team for their hard work. Fab kitchen and service!

We recently had our new kitchen fitted from Prestons Kitchens in Romiley, Stockport where Chris Kane ensured we had a seamless enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt confident throughout.
From our first visit to the showroom to the finished result we were extremely impressed.

The planning and design by Chris was exceptional, he spent hours going through what we wanted, and he made suggestions and gave advice where needed. He arranged several appointments for us to visit the showroom for us to go over the plans until we were happy to confirm our order, he also exchanged emails and made calls to update us throughout.
He confirmed our delivery date and the kitchen arrived on time, It was very well packed into two vans and was brought into our home with great care.

Marc and Joel fitted our kitchen, their workmanship ensured the end result looked amazing, they were extremely polite and professional and they worked hard, nothing was too much trouble, a pleasure to have them around.

Our new kitchen was shipped from Germany and is very sturdy, well-built and has a great finish. We are extremely pleased with it. You definitely get what you pay for.

Also a huge THANK YOU to Chris for ensuring our granite worktop was just perfect, the pièce de résistance!… Our vision is complete.

Very pleased with the whole process, from our first visit to the showroom, to the final installation.
The kitchen planning went really well, due to the support, knowledge and designing of Matt and his colleagues.
We were able to have the kitchen fitted earlier than expected, which we were very pleased to hear, Oliver and his team from Project Company did an excellent job installing and we could not be happier with the finished kitchen.
Communication has been excellent, and throughout the process we were filled with confidence in our choice - very professional and highly recommended.

I never expected i would be getting my kitchen from here, i was told in advance that they were more expensive than wren and just for my peace of mind regarding design i thought lets see what they can come up with. Steve who initially booked us in and gave us the tour of the showroom did a great job. Theres a variety of stuff packed in a small showroom but it defo delivers. Dal who's the main guy got to design our kitchen, it takes time but he did a awesome job, the design he did after measuring up was a spitting image of my kitchen,ive had several quotes from different places including kutchenhouse i just felt prestons kitchen tipped it for me with my 3d design and the additional changes to accomodate the no space on a 2.7 meter ceilieng, now its a waiting game for the kitchen to arrive,so far honestly a great experience from start to finish.

I originally came across Prestons Kitchens through a brochure being dropped off at a site I was building 2 houses on in Huddersfield, they wanted a shot at supplying my projects with kitchens. Naturally I was dismissive of this due to perceived cost of a German Kitchen.
When building houses, you always work towards maximizing a budget and with the kitchen being the biggest internal purchase we always stuck to local merchants like Howdens & Magnet sometimes Wren.
One thing I have realised over the past few years is that customers are demanding more and more forcing me to rethink the specification I was applying to our builds. This is where Prestons come into the mix. I gave Preston a shot and they did not disappoint!

Prestons invited me down to their Huddersfield showroom see their kitchens & design process. After this I gave them the first plot to take care of. That was in 2018 & we have been using them ever since. We are build up to 5 homes a year semi detached & detached properties in South & West Yorkshire area at varied values ranging from ££250k. What surprised me the most about Prestons Kitchens was the price point and service. As a builder I’m used to picking a kitchen up off the shelf and handling the issues that presents. At Prestons they took control of the whole process and any issues that did arise I didn’t really hear about. Nothing runs smooth on a building site but surprisingly the kitchens were the least of my worries as Prestons manage the whole thing.

I would have no issue recommending Prestons Kitchens.

We can highly recommend the quality of the kitchen and the amazing service we received throughout our journey with Prestons. Our requirement was to fit a kitchen into an area where there had not been a kitchen before, this required a significant amount of preparation work and after due consideration we asked if we could use our local building firm for this rather than theirs. Mark Parker (CEO) was happy for us to do this and offered to work with our contractors to ensure that everything coordinated correctly. Any concerns we had at design stage were personally addressed by Mark who definitely went the 'extra mile' to ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction. Once the preparation work was complete Prestons fitted the kitchen. The installation was handled by Adam (Installations Manager) who was the most professional, skilled & polite person we have ever encountered during 40 years in business and as home owners. The best 'work-ethics' we have ever seen. Nothing was too much trouble for him and anything that he thought wasn't quite right he organised to replace.
Before proceeding we had looked at some excellent kitchens from other local suppliers but this kitchen & service definitely have the X factor.

We initially visited Prestons who are situated within Express BiFolds in Leeds. The showroom is on another level to anything I have seen. The kitchens on display are stunning but surprisingly affordable. We were actually surprised at the cost and the kitchen was on a par with Wren in terms of costings. The Aftercare department arranged to survey the property 3 times prior to install, and the kitchen units themselves were installed in a day. The quartz came after which looked great. Can't fault the process and quality at all. I recommend a visit to the showroom to see the doors and kitchens on display from Express Bi Folds and Prestons.

Having heard excellent feedback and recommendations from Al Murads Granite & Quartz worktops, Morley, Leeds for Prestons German Kitchens I decided to visit the Leeds Showroom. The showroom had a great showcase of German kitchens which were all very well designed and presented with robust mechanisms with the very best German kitchen appliances and nobilia kitchen units. My first thought was this will be way out of my budget and I should just stick to something more affordable and walk away .
I was greeted by Elliott who assured me that most people’s first impression is it will be way out of their budget but most customers are usually quite surprised with the price they receive once the survey and kitchen gets designed which turns out to be very competitive against other retailers this turned out to be actually true for me. ‘German kitchen for less’ as they state was definitely a true statement. I did get a quote from Wren beforehand so I did have something to compare it with.

My kitchen layout was designed by Matt who was brilliant and a very honest guy , Matt was someone whom I could relate to in terms of my design, my vision for my kitchen. Matt communicated with me well and when I decided to change my plans at the very last minute he was very patient and booked me an appointment with himself to discuss the plan and change the design. Matt also helped me in choosing my colour for the flooring a straight up guy who would just tell me how it was when it came to choosing colour themes for my flooring aswell as my kitchen.
The two young kitchen fitters who came to install my kitchen were a pleasure to have they were polite and did an excellent job, great workmanship.
The aftersales team Jordan and Charlie also provided an excellent service. I honestly can vouch for Prestons kitchen the price was competitive. It worked out cheaper than Wren’s quote. I would highly recommend Prestons kitchens and can vouch for their kitchens.

They offer the very best high quality kitchens with a very clean finish. It’s a kitchen which has been engineered with thought , precision , made to last. Prestons kitchen has excellent staff who all provided myself with excellent service all the way through with great after sales team which I believe is very important in a company.

Had an initial appointment in the Huddersfield branch with Matt. Initial design was disappointing and made minimal use of the space. Designed it ourselves from an earlier plan. All was agreed on the initial meeting, and Matt agreed that they would come in at 11.5K including the bosch appliances. At the start of the meeting, we were told we would get a free quooker tap but as time wore on, he changed his mind and said he could not honour that as they were working to our maximum budget which was not small, however I am unsure how something that was offered for free could then not be honoured. We worked together to bring costs down and after 3 hours of planning, agreed for their surveyor to come out and finalise measurements, at this time we were told a 500gbp deposit was required, 250gbp of which we would have to forfeit if we decided not to go ahead (surveyors cost). Went in today for the final meeting and to agree handles/tap etc, and Matt had substituted the majority of the bosch appliances for an unknown brand, he also had removed the carousel on the corner unit that had been initially agreed. I googled the replacement brand whilst in there to find terrible reviews. I was then told that to add these already agreed things would increase the price which had been agreed at the first meeting. When he was challenged regarding these, he basically did not care in the slightest. Obviously furious that I had been lied to multiple times, I am now in the position that I would either have to pay them more than the originally agreed price (which I was unable to do) or lose the deposit. When I asked for a refund, was told to leave my bank details and their accountant would return 250gbp as the surveyor had been. I had every intention of ordering and paying 50% of the remaining 11,000. today. This company, or perhaps this individual have lied continually throughout this process and I am appalled that a company can behave in this manner. I told him he should be ashamed and embarrassed to which he just shrugged his shoulders. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very welcoming on our initial visit to the showroom with no pushy sales tactics. Developed our ideas into reality with very good 3D visualisation that made our ideas come to life.
Kitchen quality is nothing but top standard and delivery was excellent, all components brought into our home with great care and precision. Fitted the kitchen myself with plenty of useful guidance from Preston’s.
We now have a kitchen that we have always wanted,
