I worked with these guys a year ago. Unfortunately I didn't raise any money. They reached out to me 2 months ago and I decided to give it another shot. I voiced my concerns from before and they said they had fixed those concerns and improved their systems and processes. Roughly two weeks after my campaign started I raised $300,000 with soft commits of approximately $500,000. Their systems in fact improved and the quality of leads improved drastically.

It’s not often you come across service providers in RE or any other investment verticals that deliver exactly what they say they are going to do. Engaged Preston BI for a recap/value add deal just under 8 figures. Quality appointments were set and they stayed completely compliant with broker regulations. We filled our book from these appointments before we had a chance to sit with all of the scheduled ones. Currently engaging them again for a larger deal

These guys know what they're doing. At the beginning I thought they wouldn't be able to supply me with the quantity of meetings I needed. Fortunately, they have consistently filled my calendar with great leads and any issues were handled quickly and without problems. Looking to buy more meetings and replace myself with a sales rep.

I told them I was not in a position to pay $5,000 in advance for meetings, then they pressure me and try to shame me for wasting their time. when I already told them I was not going to pay $5,000 in advance.

Then it's followed up by a nasty email from their representative, these guys. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Great team and just works. We get appointments and only pay for the ones they book. We have full control over how many we want as well. Definitely recommend
