Good product, but poor delivery experience

The suitcase is great and meets my expectations. However, the delivery took 4 weeks instead of the promised 5–7 business days. It was shipped from China, which was never mentioned on the website. Customer service didn’t provide clear answers when I asked about the delay. Good product, but the lack of transparency and support was frustrating.
