I deposited money and won around £15,000, but when I tried to withdraw, they kept asking for more and more documents.

They requested full photos of my bank card, which is not normal and very unsafe.

Now my withdrawal is still pending, and they stopped responding to me.

They are using a payment agent called Aurevia IT Group, which appears to be suspicious.

Please be careful and DO NOT send your card details to this casino.

I am now reporting this case to my bank and fraud authoritie

The £2000 for £14.99 competition is seemingly withdrawn to a lack of sales. I wanted to buy some tickets today. This is against the ASA and GC.

The advert states tickets are selling fast. No tickets were sold. Again, misleading advertising. I’ve been following this company with interest as we’re ticking all the boxes. However this is bad practice.

I have the evidence to show the page is not working. If this is an error system wise and the draw is reinstated my comment will be retracted.

Absolute rubbish. Spent £20 to play the vegas slots feature only to be taken straight to a screen that showed "no wins"...no feature able to play, nothing remotely like what was advertised on Facebook. If you actually want an enjoyable experience when playing competition sites avoid these guys like the plague!

I won £100 Instant Win which is the second time I have won something with prestige wins and as usual their customer service is great and never a worry for if they are going to get the prize to you quickly!

I came across an ad on facebook for this competition site. So I thought I’d have a go. I played the roulette game, initially I thought I would see the little ball roll around my screen but didn’t. However, although I didn’t see the ball I did win. And what a win it was. I spent less than £7 and won site credit and the £100 prize. This was paid out and in my bank very quickly (even though it was a bank holiday) thoroughly enjoyed playing. Truly reassuring that there are sites out there with odds good enough for anyone to be a winner. Thanks again.

Literally can't believe it signed up a few days ago, haven't even entered any comps yet other than the free comp. Forgot all about it but recieved a txt asking if I had seen the live draw this evening stating I won the £100 site credit comp (that was free) I didn't believe the txt was real until I logged into my account and it was on my balance- crazy 100 site credit and I haven't even played yet ! Can't complain !
